The cigars here are terrible. I have shoped here on occasion & have been disappointed in the quality of their cigars. The cigars are either dry or smoke uneven.

Think it’s all counterfeit stuff. All authentication checks on QR codes, have revealed fake or multiple checks already. Highly suspicious and will stop coming here as the counterfeit stuff is more dangerous then official stuff. (Both bad for you granted)

Whenever I frequent this shop. I'm always greeted with a pleasant hello from the pretty girl behind the counter to the asian owner I call friend. He always does the right thing when pricing out my purchases.....I will continue to give him my business. Even when he doesn't have what. Looking for he tries his best to accommodate

It took a lot for me not to back slap the girl behind the counter today so damn rude to me she had the nerve to tell me to pull up my mask up bc it was covering my mouth n the bottom of my nostrils bc it slipped a bit n wasn't covering my whole nose bc of the sweat bc it is only 100 degrees outside all the while the nasty girl wasn't even wearing a mask n I asked her "why " she said with the roll of the eyes "bc I'm eating" really so I said to her she should be in the back eating with no mask on n not attending to customers" this is what happens when u have to deal with ignorant nasty ppl of course they lost my business n she used hand gestures for me to be gone I was so angry to have come across a ignorant human I just needed to vent ahhh I feel better I will make sure to let others know how rude and how the worker had no mask on at all!! I give it negative starts! --------1

Once you get a parking spot and add the location you have to walk all the way to the back of the store to locate a cigar which are locked up. They do have a humidor you could walk in but the cigars are crappy and way overpriced. The other Cigars such as Drew Estates & La Au Aurora at 25% more than anywhere else on Staten Island. I'm thinking this place is a front to launder money yet that's just my opinion.. Also the owner and employees don't speak fluent English so it's very hard to get your point across when you're trying to get a certain variety...Only go here if it's an emergency. If you can wait till Monday morning, do it

Owners are very friendly and polite. They're helpful and have a clean store. Prices are reasonable and they are generous as well. They gave me a packet to keep the cigars fresh and a box to hold them in.

The owner was SO nice. He fixed my cigarette machine for no charge. I offered him money and he wouldn't take it. That goes a long way in my book!
