I am just here to say Joanne working the fitting room today 5-10-24 @ 10:15am is VERY VERY RUDE unprofessional the worst customer service I have ever experience, She needs to be retrained on how to treat customers. This place will lose a lot of customers if she continues to work there with no extra training. Not all staff in this store is disgusting I actually had great experience with other staff from here but JOANNE should be fired, she's just disgusting!

There’s a lady who is clearly the manager for the evening; so obviously JUST watched me shop around the whole store. At first I thought it was a coincidence but after I paid, I left my cart by the cashiers so I could pull my car in front and bring my purchases out, she sat & watched me the entire time. 2 other staff offered for help but she just watched with the nasty look on her face so I had to ask her if she was ok because it was so obvious & now I am feeling profiled. Then she says “oh I was going to offer to help” after she watched me struggle for 5 minutes. I spent a few hundred in there but won’t ever be back to this location.
It’s also true they are misleading and pushy about the credit cards.

Would give LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD. Currently am pregnant and have a one year old son bought a sweatsuit 2 days ago for $35 and I didn't see it had a hole in the butt and they said they will not return because they wouldn't have sold it that way. Bad customer service and as a single mom it is embarrassing and hard enough. I will never shop here again. Told them to keep it and throw it away since they wouldn't refund my money.

No carts outside the store. No bags unless you ask. I spent 500 and I care about how to get to the car with all the goods.
