All I can say is DO NOT GET THE SPA pedicures, they are a total scam. I requested the lemon pedicure which was supposed to include a hydrating mask, a lemon scrub, a 15 minute message and hot stones. The only thing I got as advertised was the 15 min foot massage. The mask the lady used was from a tub, it looked to be one of those 5 dollar mud masks you get in those big jars from amazon. Other than that she used only a very small amount on my legs and didn't even wash my legs off first. the scrub she used was not lemon, it was the regular scrub they use for all pedicures. the hot stone treatment consisted of rubbing a warm stone on my leg for 5 seconds each leg. now I will say that my legs are feeling smooth but my issue is that other than the massage the spa pedicure that cost $55 did not give what was advertised. they should be upfront about what products they actually use on you and for 55 dollars I feel I should have gotten more. They also were very hesitant to turn on the massage on the pedicure chair. It's a nice hygienic looking salon but there's room for improvement.

Horrible service, I scheduled my daughter appointment two days prior to her going. She had her pedicure done and the nail polish was Horrible The woman then told me that I had to wait 50 mins for the manicure, I stated I have an appointment so I'm confused why I have to wait. In the end I paid for her pedicure and walked out. Overpriced and poor customer service Will not recommend this place .

Acrylic tips with gel polish- $65 Pedicure- $28 plus I left them a tip for their time and effort $7. The next day they charged my card-$27, GRAND TOTAL $127 for terrible service and even worse nails! I went in for a pedicure and manicure, I usually come here for basic things like a plain pedicure and manicure but today I asked for acrylic tips and a simple design, very minimal. I showed the nail tech the picture and asked if she can do the shape and design. She insisted she could, I could tell it was difficult for her to do the almond shape I asked her several times to fix the shape until I was tired of saying things so I just sat tiredly through the rest. Almost 2 hours later she finished, $65 for acrylic tips with the color pink gel (not even the color I asked for) although I insisted I wanted regular polish she still gave me gel. The nails looked horrible, I paid and left upset, I wasted so much time and had to pick up my kid from school so I had no more time to spare to let another nail tech fix the set. I went home and the very next morning I called the nail salon and explained how unhappy I was with not only the service but the outcome of the nails, they asked me to come in which I did and I showed this tech what I wanted, she rudely told me next time I need to address the mistake not knowing I already did while the lady worked on my nails and that was unsuccessful. After they fixed them which wasn't much of anything but filing off the gel, and fixing the shape, I told this nail tech to charge my card $10 for a tip for her fixing the new set. When I checked my account she charged me $27, $15 to fix the nails which she said she was going to fix for free this time, and then the $10 tip, and $2 fee. Of course I went to rectify and see if the charge was accidental, when I spoke to the boss he questioned the authenticity of the charge and if I was sure it was from that nail salon, which I had to then show him my bank account charge to prove it was their transaction, then he video called the nail tech that did my nails, and then argued with me along with the nail tech who he had pointed the camera toward me so she can try to justify the charge and basically call me a liar and insist she told me she was charging me to fix the poorly done set. The boss shouted at me that I should have stopped the nail tech as soon as she messed up the first nail and continued ranting on in a shouting manner until I left. I have Santander and the only way they will refund my money back $27 is if I claim fraud!!

I have gone to this place is the past and really enjoyed my experience. The people were so nice and acknowledged me right away. I said I was only going to get a pedicure bc I was in a rush, and they insisted they could do my manicure while I was in the chair getting my pedicure. I really appreciated it and was very happy with my experience. I don't know if it was just a bad day but the woman who did my nails today was so rude and nasty. She rushed through my nails which they turned out ok. However, while she was doing my gel nails every time she was done with a finger she would aggressively push my hand away. I didn't get a massage at the end like every other customer. I barely said two words to her and she was just so rude. Every response was with a nasty remark. I want to give this place another chance and hopefully not get her again.

This is my preferred locksmith business since the professionals there are consistently on time and provide quality service for a fair fee. They never show up late, tidy up after themselves, or leave any mess for me or anybody else working with them. Additionally, they are excellent at providing customer service, so if there is ever a problem, they will take care of it right away without making me feel uncomfortable or attempting to avoid paying for something that should be covered by insurance .

The key would not turn when I went for work this morning because my front door lock became jammed. Because someone claimed they could arrive in 20 minutes, I called a locksmith. It's true that they answered the phone right away, arrived in 20 minutes, and fixed everything in 5. Very courteous and effective. Excellent encounter. I strongly advise it.

Today my lock broke. I jumped on and dialled the first locksmith; there was no answer; I then tried the second, but they were unavailable. I then gave them a call! Within two hours, they arrived, resolved my problem, and then left. Professional, quick, kind, and reasonably priced

It's very clean inside I will give it that. But I used to go here years ago for my gel manicure and they would start breaking in a week. So I would just go occasionally for a pedicure when I was in the area since they were always good with those. But I went yesterday and was extremely disappointed. The girl doing my pedicure was tough and almost cut me and was digging her nail into my toe where I had to pull away from the pain. And she rushed through the massage was barely a minute in each leg/foot. The girl sitting next to me was getting a massage on each leg for longer than my whole pedicure it seemed. So safe to say I will never go here again.
