Very poor customer service experience today. On a Sunday they close at 3, it was 2:40pm when “Nick” (not sure of last name or initial) but he had facial hair and was heavy set. He started saying the store closes at 3 and even if you’re in the store and not helped you would be turned away. He never locked the doors and watched people come in.
At 2:58 he told everyone to “get the hell out” and said if we didnt he was calling the police. He then told us all how we were all disgusting people for coming at the last minute.
Next another disrespectful worker named Juno came and was nasty beyond belief, yelling at us, cursing and saying how much she didn't care, it wasn't her problem.
Nick actually called the police on us and started screaming that all of us (was about 10 people or so) would be trespassed and banned from the store. If you check the cameras nothing happened, him and Juno were completely out of line and should not be employed at this place with such rude, disrespectful and poor customer service skills.
Where was the manager??? Someone asked for the managers information and both of the workers completely refused to even give their name, Nick said it was personal information and he couldn’t give it out.
Is this the type of workers that are employed here? This is outrageous and should not happen to patronizing customers!!

Due to being a fall risk with other physical complications, sometimes going to a UPS store with boxes can be difficult. On two separate occasions, I called the UPS Store In The Greenridge Plaza on SI, and asked if someone could possibly come to my car to carry boxes in to the store. The response was "of course" on both occasions. Not only did they help with the boxes, they offered to come out again with a receipt each time. Service truly with a smile on each of these occasions. Doing business with a company who goes the extra mile, to make sure to higher wonderful staff is very much appreciated. I would like to thank the gentleman for their kindness. I am uncertain but believe the names were John and Josh.
