Can we please get more UPS stores on Staten Island? This one is always getting so overcrowded that it's frequently 30 people waiting in line at any point in the day. The workers are great and working as fast as they can with a great attitude but this is getting crazy.

Services provided are many. The staff is on point and helpful.

Its a busy location so at certain times the line is a bit long, but the staff are courteous and professional and typically get through it pretty fast.
Always a positive ex0erience when ever I've come.
