T.D BANK IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR ALL MY BANKING NEEDS IN ONE PLACE...& THEY HAVE THE ATM,S AT EVERY BRANCH OF TD BANK AND THEY ALSO ARE WORKING TO MAKE THINGS BETTER FOR THE CUSTOMERS.

From clueless tellers to unhelpful managers, it's clear that this bank is far from customer-friendly.First and foremost, the tellers seemed to have the slightest clue of what they were doing. Basic banking transactions became convoluted affairs, as they struggled with even the simplest requests. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of competence in a financial institution.Moreover, the managers displayed an attitude problem of epic proportions. Instead of addressing concerns and providing solutions, they exuded an air of indifference and superiority. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also incredibly off-putting for customers seeking assistance.To top it all off, TD Bank proved to be the epitome of inconvenience. Simple tasks took an unnecessarily long time, turning routine errands into time-consuming ordeals. It's safe to say that efficiency is not a priority for this bank.In short, my experience with TD Bank was one I hope to never repeat. The combination of clueless tellers, unhelpful managers, and an overall lack of convenience makes this bank a poor choice for anyone seeking efficient and customer-focused financial services. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more competent and accommodating banking experience.

I came to the bank for simple Notary,They Can’t do it, New Jersey branch never give me a problem, very disappointed, My Bank wasn’t there when I need them ??

I’ve always had great service here ; never a problem. I’m glad I open an account here on Forrest ave branch on Staten Island ,. I love their hours very convenient.

The worst TD bank on the island the drive thru ATM is forever broken or down ... horrible service seriously don't bother going here go to Hylan or Amboy waste of time never again.....

I can’t stand that big miserable white lady like you walk up to the desk and you can just tell she hates her job. They need more bank tellers like I just don’t understand…. Nevertheless that big white lady is just miserable like she needs to learn how to smile and be nicer and work, & stop gossiping cause the next time imma drag her across the desk fr.

Rocko - the manager of the store will tell you anything you want to hear and be super nice so that you open an account with their bank…Then start applying fees that were not in the original agreement…I’ve wasted too much time at this bank. Highly NOT recommended for long term business banking.

Sharon Caballero who is the store manager discriminated against me from opening up an account. I didn’t know I had a balance on my old account that was closed. She said I can’t bank here because I owe $4,000 and shoved my id, inheritance check that I was going to use to open up a new account to me. I told her I can pay the $4000 and asked if someone from corporate office to call me, she chuckled and told me the only way I can pay off the balance is by cash!! Idk how Sharon Caballero is a store manager, she isn’t too bright.

The security guard is not informative he cares less and acts like people know the exact procedure to check in "not his job" kind of attitude. However tellers are wonderful other than that very pleasant inside of the bank.

45 minutes wait on the drive in there was only 4 cars and 2 lanes open The service it’s been extremely slow

TD is the worst bank I went in tried to close my account they said it would be done the next day. Several months later I get a letter telling me I owe the $165. All this money is from over the limit and monthly fees on a bank account I thought was closed. Worst bank ever bank.
