Just left I'm a handicapped ,they had no handicapped electric chairs available, they where not plugged in to charge the employee said it wasn't there job to make sure they are charging

Usually 5 stars but the guy who rung us was very rude and have expired/nearly expired products on the shelves,guys in customer service were very nice and helpful

This lady man 50 years old or around 45 I buy with my money in the store and I leave it to the store and we all have the right to change so you can intimidate me in front of the people who were going to show my face in the store as if I were a thief when I don't even steal from them. store I spend my money in your store ??

I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes in the baby section for someone to unlock the baby formula cabinets. I haven’t had anything to eat today. If they’re not here soon I’ll be forced to start cracking open jars of Gerber because I refuse to leave here until I’ve been helped. I’ve already been to the front desk. I may die here. Help.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant and clean. I was quickly taken care of and finished my returns too.

Shut down all self checkout without opening more registers. The store is a sad mess.

One register open, the self checkout line is wrapped around the store, and everything is locked up. I don’t work here, I’m not interested in doing my own check out, and if you’re going to treat people like criminals, I’m not going to come here and act like a customer. If I could do zero stars, I would.

A recent finding is that when the urine is overactive, Buy a gift card for $10, but the cashier did not say, I bought two times, are like this, the cashier will remind us in the past, let us buy more and get free, this time is after I remind her, only told me that this need red card or mobile phone number, I said it was because I had it, I only gave it to her after I typed it in. Before that, I had seen the system remind her, but she didn't say, today at 9: 23 am, a cashier of machine 8, is the quality of service going down? May it improve, all the rest is good!

Today April 10th my husband and I shopped at target in Charleston Staten Island and had a wonderful experience at the customer service counter with Pat the manager. Pat has worked for so many years at target and is an asset to the store the Corporation and to the families that shop at target. Thank you Pat for all your help today and everytime we have a question or need assistance. Also Mike who also works in the same location is such a wonderful young man and has such respect and is a real people person. Thank you once again.

This location is super busy yet 2 registers open at any given time. I understand the self checkout becoming “express” but MINIMAL 5-6 lanes for check out should be open. My frozen items are defrosted by the time I get to paying because somehow I’m in line for 30 minutes just to pay, no exaggeration. I feel bad for the workers taking the brunt of the upset customers and management really should figure this out asap.

The lines are insane and they have 1-2 cashiers working and no self checkout. No reason to shop here. Go to a supermarket or Amazon.

Normally a 5 star place , but to only have one cashier ringing people out and no self check out , and it’s only 7 pm . Where are the managers ? Why is there only one lane open . The line is all the way back to grocery. Honestly feel bad for the cashier . She seems super nice , found out self check is closed early nothing wrong with them , corporate decided . Well corporate needs to dish out more money to let them hire more cashiers cuz that was ridiculous . There shouldn’t be 30 people in front of me in line . It’s just wrong to ask one cashier to check out the entire store . Corporate and managers: Do better !

The only place that locks up their bottle redemption section and no one has the key to the lock. Another excuse to exclude the poor and environmentally conscious to Target.
