Never had any problems with their laundry service. Sleeves shortened including from leather jacket. Pants hem done and other minor services done multiple times over the last 5 or 6 years. No problems.

HORRIBLE !! i brought a pair of $350 trousers to get hemmed & not only was the man extremely rude & did not want to help me they hemmed them lopsided !!! they RUINED my pants !!!!!! do not bring anything here !!!
