My personal experience was a pleasant one the personnel was very courteous and attentive to my needs. The entire process was quick and easy. They have a size unit for various needs, the entire area is well maintained hallways and units are very clean. I would recommend Storage post for your storage needs.

Edited: 01.07.24Nice, new, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff.So why one star? Their website said that they accommodate 24 hour access requests, and that was the reason why I chose this location. After signing up, I requested that we initiate the process for 24 hour access, and at first I was told to write an email on my company letterhead and I’ll likely get approved…an hour later I get a call from the rep, and they stated that “management (suddenly) changed their policy”.It’s a bit disappointing that I cannot receive the service I was expecting, as I have a business that requires short notice travel…if I get a call at 10pm asking me to take a flight the next morning at 6am, then I will have no access to my gear, which means I’ll need to turn down work.The staff is still a highlight, though.UPDATE:Management reached out to me and gave me an opportunity to explain my situation, and they worked with me to accommodate my needs. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get anything out of my previous review, so it came as a surprise to me when management contacted me and offered me a solution.The customer service at this facility is absolutely amazing, and I cannot be any more grateful.
