Dirty, mice, cockroaches and manipulation of the parking lot.
There are a lot of free spaces at any time of the day or night, why should I pay $25 for 10 hours and not even get a resit?
the parking lot in the building was last cleaned probably in 2016, catch a nail there it is 2 times a day

I still live here. I like the cozy atmosphere, responsive management, loyal prices and priceless proximity to the ocean. The area is similar to a botanical garden. An excellent walk for pets. Many group sports activities are included in the rental price. Transparent conditions, 5 minutes walk to the metro and McDonald's. 15 minutes to the supermarket. I RECOMMEND.

I lived at the Urby for a year, and it was nothing short of incredible. The leasing manager, Ashley Hernandez, provided an outstanding experience as she guided me through the property. She helped me find the perfect apartment with a spectacular ocean view and even saved me money. The property is exceptionally clean, with janitors constantly maintaining it. There’s also a fantastic maintenance guy named John who is a great person and assisted me with several projects. Unlike many other properties, Urby is very flexible and accommodating with anything you need. I can’t express enough how satisfied I was and would definitely live here again if I take another job in NY.

I just moved into Urby, but from the time I first came to see the complex, my experience with staff has been kind and welcoming. Everyone was super helpful getting all the steps completed to rent and move in. I'm excited to have come to a place that feels really good to be mine and my puppy's new home.

Moved into Urby in January with my partner, and at first the cold/winter weather was a little depressing but that’s not Urbys fault - but when spring came it was like when Dorothy lands in Oz and everything turned into color.
Firstly, the staff here is amazing, friendly, fun, courteous and insanely helpful. The grounds are always as clean as can be for a complex that houses as many people as Urby does. The cafe and restaurants in the complex are all great and it’s so nice to just pop in for a coffee, cocktail or pizza.
We met an amazing dog walker here via the building app who helps us out so there’s pet helpers on site should you need one.
We love bringing a bottle of wine to the fire pits and hang out. They also host amazing events and mixers and we’ve met soooo many great people who also live here.
We’re also so to the ferry too, which makes life easy to get into Manhattan or Brooklyn.
Food delivery and grocery delivery is sooo easy as well, they come right to your apartment and either can just leave your delivery or knock. I feel like Eloise living in Urby I won’t Lie.
Lastly, I wanna say this is my experience and may not apply to everyone, but I’ve also met many people who’ve lived here for 5+ years and that speaks volumes.

I’ve been at Urby since February 2024 and the experience has been amazing! The gym, pool and restaurants within the Urby complex have made it a phenomenal experience.

It has been an absolute pleasure living here. For the past 9 months, I have had an excellent and regular relationship with security, the front desk, and maintenance crew here. Shout out to Tony and Ivan with Security, Brian and Brandon at the front, and of course, Mr. Mike keeping this place going. They have an excellent staff, and I’m sure I missed a few people that deserve a shout out too.

This is a nice and safe place to live and enjoy the beautiful view. Availability of food services and facilities are impressive. Facilities are maintained and managed by a dedicated team of staff. Pet friendly and accessible for people of all ages.
