I have been a client of Terry Monroe's state farm over 20 years! Everyone I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with or came into contact with at this location was always kind, professional and courteous. Over the years I have been treated like family and whenever I think about leaving them. They will work with you for all your needs I highly recommend them over anyone else!

I'm really disappointed with the poor communication and misinformation provided by one of the assistants. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they told me that an agent would get back in touch with me, but I haven't heard back from them about the quote I've been requesting. Additionally, the assistant told me that StateFarm does not do insurance transfers if you use StateFarm in another state. However, my current representative in North Carolina said that this information was false and that they do state information transfers all the time.
It's disappointing, especially considering the positive reviews I've been reading. I had hoped to get a quote for my upcoming move. I recommend that new customers seek reliable StateFarm service elsewhere.

Ive never been a fan of statefarm because of their lackluster website but aftet struggling with geico over coverage for my tesla. I decided to give statefarm another try. I spoke to leslie and she not only beat the price geico was offering, but also made it extremely easy to make the switch. Very happy with her patience and communication.
