I seem to frequently be stuck behind people who can't negotiate a tablet log in. Couches for waiting, a staff member to assist with log in, screen showing how many are before you, and decent customer service people.

Been a customer since they were TWC. I love the service, however they just keep raising the prices. Finally disconnected all services. Went to all Streaming Services & changed internet providers. Got the same internet speed I was paying for at Spectrum for 1/2 the price. I don't think it's right to only have deals/discounts for new customers. What about us who's been around for years?? You lost a good one. ✌?

I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to return equipment. Their service is terrible. Last week they replaced all my equipment and I had to call last night because I am still can not stream. Let's not even discuss the cost!!!

Not recommended at all spectrum is not honest company they charge me every month different , add services without permission and the bill dose not has clear information .

All around customer service was good but they definitely need more workers and another manager that can assist the current manager on shift.. They also need another system to where is you are only dropping off a box it can be tagged in and dropped off or swapped out without waiting 40 min

Experience was wonderful somebody met me as I was coming in took care of me right away I was very pleased unfortunately I was returning the equipment because I was leaving Spectrum I enjoyed the cable company unfortunately the price kept going up until they priced themselves out of business I had given them a time limit the month before I said you have a chance of keeping me for a customer reduce my bill I said there was nothing they could do so I left but the experience in the store was great
