This is 2nd time I visited this location & both times I gt worst service, staff is super busy in there phone chats & hardly answer to questions.. Forgrt about Welcome or tour to shop, worst team in here. Don't waste ur time to get here, they r just here for advertise skechers not interested in sale.. not coming again, vll strict to online or visit jerseys location

Great store. Much nicer people than the store across the hallway. My wife was very happy with the shoes the sales lady recommended.

I shopped this store 2x in one day. I purchased slip ins for myself then made my husband go to get himself a pair. The staff was different both times but both times the girls were so welcoming. I look forward to going back for sandals

Store associate was alone & pregnant but handled every customer efficiently even though the store was pretty busy for a weekday afternoon. I felt bad she was by herself walking back & forth so much but she did it with a positive attitude.

The lady was so rude she closed the store at 7:37 and didn’t let me go in. I just wanted to talk to her to see if I could get my sneakers that were in hold and I was coming from New Jersey. She didn’t even wanna look at me it was like she was ignoring me. When she saw me standing there she shut off the lights, even though there was 15 min left of closing.The lady was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Horrible service.

In that store I forgot my wallet and I found out that a woman picked it up and denied it even though I told her and insulted me for being Hispanic, and that's why I tell every Hispanic I see not to go near that branch since they They steal, I prefer to go to timberland or Nike, even though they are uglier... what an ugly service from Skechers...
