It's totally OK as a supermarket, but the crazy tin-foil hat wearing employees like the unprofessional Michelle, who was spewing consipiracy thoeries in front of all the customers make it a no-go. I'll go elsewhere instead. Listen, if I wanted to hear political bullcrap while shopping, I'd turn on an AM radio.

This place can be really packed at times and parking lot can get full easily! I do like their deals, they are somewhat cheaper than other supermarkets. They are open 24/7 so that's great!

Poorly stocked shelves ... even before the "stock shortages". If you plan on buying cold cuts, prepare to wait on line for about 40 minutes for no apparent reason other than they hire the SLOWEST deli workers. Save your time and patience and shop elsewhere!!

Nice selection of products, clean store and staff are helpful although you do come across some that are less than. My biggest gripe is that parking lot is awful.

This shoprite has the worst customer service. The manager Dan is no better. Had no receipt for purchasing a small detergent and all I asked was for an exchange for a different one without oxi in it. They wouldn't do it. The Mannix company thinks who they are. Shame on them Greed !!!

This is a great store with lots of room and extremely clean. The prices are the best anywhere, if you have a problem the managers are all over it until it is solved. There is wifi in the store. So with such a perfect store why did I give it only 4 stars? There are two reasons for this; first, the deli department needs a big attitude adjustment, you need to double check your order because at least 50% of the time they make errors always in their favor, they are slow and rude. I solved this problem by simply not buying cold cuts there but if you do just be on the lookout. The second issue is the parking lot which is WAY too small so if you want to shop on Saturday afternoon forgetaboutit. I find the best time to shop is around dinner time from Tuesday to Thursday. I have also shopped there at 5am and except for workers stocking the shelves you have the store pretty much to yourself. In the early morning if the customer service desk is closed just ask to speak with the front end manager. You will need to sign up for a price plus card which you get immediately online and click on the online coupons, which are substantial. This store and several others are owned by the Mannix family, it's obvious that they want to raise the bar and with the exception of the deli they have done a phenomenal job! Hopefully the deli department will improve and I can then give this store that extra star.

Today while being checked out by cashier Debbie..she never even attempted to pack the shop rite bags that i purchased..first problem...then she completely dismissed my question ofthe inaccuracy of 3 of my items which she was over charging me for per the weekly specials..very rude..then another Debbie was called over to check the prices of the items...while holding up an entire line of customers..then she comes back and says they are not on sale..so they wanted to charge me 3 qts of half and half for 8.97. Which was on sale for 1.69..and she said that was fir the pint..."NOT TRUE "...,I confirmed it with the dairy manager as well as photos of the display showing the 1.69 price which Debbie failed to disclose and made up her own story to be in alliance with the cashier..another Debbie.who seemed to not have any care of customer service and accommodation..hence not packing the bags. all in total..it took 20 to 35 minutes of my time and thepeople behind me to fix a problem which should have taken 3 minutes..if you don't like your job..maybe you should be working elsewhere..but..when in shop rite..BE AWARE OF PRICE DISCREPANCIES AND POOR HELP..IT'S A SHAME TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT..

So my daughter lives in Staten Island and I was kind enough to make a $200.00 food order for her to be delivered. When I went to her home the next day, I was shocked that several and I mean several items where not there! items I purchased were not delivered! I called the store immediately in which the manager did take care of what was missing. That's the only reason why I am giving two stars instead of one. When the missing items came the three cases of water was still missing! They don't know what they are doing there. I don't recommend you use their home service , and yes I used the ShopRite website directly. Oh, and I have to wait several days for my refund!!!!!! Horrible to think a store like that (workers) would rob people!!!!!!

There is a large volume of people who shop here. They need to do a better job of restocking the shelves and having fresher produce otherwise it's a very clean, good store.
