“Hello, From my experience in Bricktown Mall I have to say it's always a pleasant one. Shopping at ShopRite and specially the Sketchers outlet, The manager is very friendly I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased at a different store that were coming apart due to a glue issue and no questions asked he replaced them with a new pair. With that being said overall experience is an absolute best no complaints. I took the number 78 bus to get there and then the 74 which are always on time. I hope this information helps anyone who reads this, Sincerely Cesar G.”
“We used to love visiting the Staten Island Mall with my daughter. It is a wonderful place to spend time with family. The mall is always very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. There is plenty of parking, and it is very easy to get there.
There are many great stores, and everything feels organized and safe. We always felt comfortable and enjoyed walking around, shopping, and simply spending quality time together.
We no longer live in Staten Island, but we truly miss this mall. I highly recommend visiting. It is a great place to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones.”

“Something for everyone here you can mail letters go for Mexican dinner /lunch and drinks or at the Richmond Republic, there are Chines food options both take out and eat in restaurants, Subway is here, Verizon, shopping at Stop and Shop etc. Pet store too and a pharmacy”

The people were unbelievable great.
They helped him called an ambulance and made sure they kept trying to call us until they reached us.

“Went to the new ShopRite but couldn't find a parking spot near the grocery store, never mind a handicap space. Came back later that evening and had a much better experience both in the store and the parking lot”
“They have some great stores and the parking lot is well situated. I do not come here often because I live out of state. A friend recommended that I stop here and that I would be in and out and that she was correct. I came during the daytime on a Friday and though it was a week day it was still quite busy.”
“BestBuy, Burlington, Raymour and Flanagan, and Stop and Shop anchor the first few stores. There are more big stores and small businesses as you travel towards the Marsh Ave end.”

“Ok, so here is my personal input about EO for the location it is perfect for people who visit Staten Island because it is right of the ferry and even though the local is not entirely full of shopping stores you can find from footwear to eyewear. The prices are dependent on your budget like pretty much every other Mall I consider this a mini mall. But if you don't mind taking the bus you can also visit the larger Staten Island Mall. I think this place is very convenient. Thank you for reading this.”

I also love that there’s a movie theater right inside — a wonderful cinema that I like to visit occasionally when I’m in the area with friends.
