I believe their names were Sabrina and SheaThe store had a vast selection of paint colors and brands to choose from, and the staff took the time to understand my specific needs and recommend the best options for my project. They even provided me with paint samples to take home and try out, which was incredibly helpful in making my final decision.When it came time to purchase the paint, the staff was efficient and accurate, ensuring that I received the correct amount and type of paint for my project. They also provided valuable tips and advice on the best way to apply the paint and answered any additional questions I had.What really stood out to me was the store's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Ana helped us with our order three times. She was patient, cheery and super knowledgeable. I had questions and she knew all the answers. It was a busy day and she still kept her cool and helped with a smile. Yes, I would recommend this SW paint store. You get what you pay for, and the products and service are both excellent here. Oh and love the ease of having the large paint squares to buy in store instead of online ordering and waiting.

If I need paint, I'll come to the Sherwin-Williams store in Tottentville first. The store is clean and bright and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I prefer to shop the local stores. There's a record of all my purchases so it's easy to match paint for rooms I've already painted and might need to do touch-ups.

This Paige Avenue store is always neat and clean and the service is wonderful. The the woman who works there is knowledgeable, competent and very fast. It is a pleasure to shop in the store unlike the store in Park Slope where the customer service is terrible, the employee was not knowledgeable and I was told they were out of quarts which forced me to buy a gallon. However they did give it to me for the same price after I complained.

If I need paint, I'll come to the Sherwin-Williams store in Tottentville first. The store is clean and bright and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
