These people are thiefs,i gave the clerk $70 to fillup my truck,a $50 bill and a $20,go to fillup and the pump stops at $40,i go inside to figure out why the pump stopped and the man behind the counter insists i gave him 2-$20 bills,i know what i gave him and stated $70 when i handed him the money and he didnt want to hear it…and would not give me my $30 or let me continue filling up my truck,when i get gas i always fillup and was on a 1/4 tank,been coming here for 25 years,for food coffee and gas,and will never step foot in this place ever again.

The store has bad service. I waited at the deli counter for 5 mins, The store wasn’t busy. I got a sandwich on a roll. It was decent. I also got Potato salad, old and rotten and the pickle was also old. Last visit forMe.

Ordered two egg sandwiches both wrongly made the bagels were donut sized and tasteless my wife told me to take them back and throw them whoever made them... Clearly I won't but I also won't ever go in there again...

I am not in the habit of making posts like these on FB but had a very upsetting experience at the gas station today. To be specific RICHMOND BAGEL/ SHELL STATION at the corner of Armstrong Avenues and Hylan Boulevard . I asked for $20 in gas while paying with my debit card. After the attendant started pumping gas and disappeared . When he returned he "filled up" my car after telling him I only wanted $20 in gas . So an unauthorized charge of $53 was debited to my card! I asked to speak with the manager regarding this situation he took my debit card and would not return it. I threatened to call the cops all the while having my 2 kids in the car. I finally got my card back and was basically told to get out of the gas station with my kids!! My husband and I go there all the time! I will not longer do any business with this place and am reporting them to their corporate offices of SHELL and complaints with consumer affairs etc. This is the 2ND TIME this has happened to me at this gas station. THEY ARE OPERATING A SHADY BUSINESS. Getting extra $$ out of customers by charging them for fill ups when customers are not asking for this. I am also contacting local news station regarding this. PLEASE everyone who reads this forward to everyone you can so everyone is aware of the way they are doing business at this gas station!!! BEWARE EVERYONE!!

It's a little unassuming store next to gas station - you would think to run in for morning coffee and may be do light snack shopping, that's about it, right? Wrong! Small sitting area inside, couple tables outside, plenty of parking - perfect to sit down for lunch. Plus, here is a little secret - they make delicious sandwiches, hot foods, and absolutely the best Pastrami Reuben ever. Messy, yummy and oh-so-good! I thought I am bringing it home to eat, but it disappeared while I was driving - yes, that good!
