Very pleasant and friendly staff and reasonable rates. I have been going here for many years and no one was ever out of line with me or my family. They deserve the full 5 STARS!!!

I have done business with D'Elia Brothers Svc for about 17 years - ever since moving to Great Kills. I started using them because I could walk to their service garage but I found over the years that they are honest, loyal and fair. I have had them service three cars and a truck over the years, two of which were German. They always tell me when I'm better off going to the dealer, but most of the time they just make it work. Today I had an emergency because of the snow storm we just had and they found a way to squeeze me in, get the foreign part, install it and get the car to me on a Friday. That's a good business. Thanks again, Al!

Full service gas station with accommodating personnel. Most honest repair shop I have known.

Nickel and dime artist--Shell Corp NEVER charges the extra credit card fee when using a SHELL card. This guy does, and became abusive when called on it. Stay Away!

Great bunch of guys here. Honest with repairs, pricing and time. Excellent work and they stand behind it. I have two older Nissans (2001 and 2007) and the D'Elia brothers keep them running smoothly. Their prices are very reasonable (way less then the local Nissan dealer) and there no surprises on the invoice. They give you a quick, basic estimate (when possible) and then do a full check and call first. They also pump the gas for you and wash your windshield. Pumps are open 24 hours (you pump your own after 11:00 pm). Give them a try on your next repair.

I went to the local store on Saturday, June, 10 to buy couple of drinks and a Powerball ticket. The employee (who later refuse to provide his name) wasn't in the shell uniform. After I asked him why 2$ drink and 2.5$ drink (tax included on the tags) totaled 5$ he flipped out and start to scream and yelled at me. I was with my 4 year old daughter who immediately start to cry. I wanted to get the lottery but the same employee refuse to make a sale. He continue to yell at me and my daughter that this is his store and he can do what ever he wants. Horrible experience at the station my last stop for gas or store there.
