HUGE shout out and thank you to Myra over there in skin care. I couldn’t have figured that shopping trip out without her. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable on all the products but also my specific skin care needs. She never once tried to upsell or mislead me just to increase revenue. I’ll be looking for her at my next visit and recommending people to her as well.

The worst customer service. The line was through the door and the manager wasn’t even interested in helping out. Obv I needed to get my stuff otherwise I would not have waited 45 minutes to check out!!!!!!!

I had a makeup lesson with Hailey which started 10 mins late and ended 15 mins early. I left with cakey foundation, which I pointed out several times and was disregarded as skin texture. I tried to rectify the situation with the manager, Israel, who is extremely unprofessional and said I could go back for a future service and possibly get a discount. I do not recommend for beauty services, especially if you are getting it done for an event.

Had an appointment scheduled for months. Sephora canceled it the DAY OF it was 4 hours before the event. The girl was “sick” but apparently they didn’t know until 11am and they have no replacements. Just so you know ladies don’t count on an appointments here.

Idk what happened to this sephora but there used to be beauty advisers that i'd actually want beauty tips from that worked at this location... unfortunately the people that work there now look like they don't comb their hair in the morning before they start their day. Went inside to pick up an online order that was canceled and the big lady that looked dirty told me it was canceled because the item was out of stock. NO it was canceled because i didn't pick it up in time but I knew they still had it locked away, so how did wanna be lizzo tell me it was out of stock before she even moved herself out of the spot she was taking up chit chatting with her coworkers? One of the managers intervened and said it was bad communication on my part, sure. Let's just ignore the fact that they just pull out random excuses out of their asses. Before this lovely encounter I was waiting for a beauty advisor as she was helping a 10 year old girl in the pat mcgarth section... this store is a joke.

Ordered same day shipping with more than enough time to spare. Spoke with the manager to explain that this was the only Christmas gift my daughter would be getting and was assured it would be fine- item would be delivered. I waited patiently all day but the item WAS NOT EVEN PROCESSED. I never received it and it really takes a cruel, heartless person to do such a thing during the holidays. I will NEVER deal with STATEN ISLAND SEPHORA. This was the last in a long string of unsuccessful, displeasing experiences with that staff. Sephora should consider reviewing the entire staff as they are all rude and inept in their positions

I had very bad experience on Oct 23 -2023 with make up artist her name is( Navida )rude not nice do not recommended the makeup service at all and I spoke with the manger she didn't do anything,but the products are good .

My daughter expressed interest in getting some "grown up" makeup and as I don't know much about makeup, we went to Sephora and the staff was so sweet and helpful. Karen made my daughter feel special, explained everything to her directly and helped guide her to the right products for her age and style. They have a new customer for life!

This store use to be my favorite to go to but the customer service and experience has lost so much value. I had a pick up same day of my trip and when I go into the store it was a rainy day I had my hair in a silk wrap I was looked at by three employees side ways and treated with disrespect even tho I was even complimenting how I preferred coming from nj to this store not any more! The manager sets the tone with her attitude I wasn't surprised the employees had who to follow from. Vanessa is one of the few employees to give customer service as it should be given. I mentioned I was doing a pick up with missing items which I then had to call about the issue while I was in another country on vacation.

My friend and I were looking at a mascara and were confronted by a very rude worker named Christine who ruined our whole shopping experience. We did not even want to buy anything from the store after she very rudely yelled at us for just looking at a mascara.

6/22 5:11pm I went to this location to buy few thingsI paid with a gift card (the last store I paid with this card . Didn’t expect to get my information stolen . this Spanish Puerto Rican employee .Took my information.& on 6/26 shespend my full balance of my gift card in Walmart. I am so disappointed that they let people like this girl work in this location.Guys BECAREFUL with ur information.Make sure you keep an eye on what they do with ur info .

Ok let me start this off so I’m a teenager I’m on the line and their was one worker on the cash register and the girl tells me who was the only one working, you could go to her and the person who she told me to go to was like thank you to the girl who was their working first she i said thank you in a bad attitude and I’m like “sorry because I didn’t see you, she had the worst Attitude ever I was getting my money out and she she was like are you ready in a really bad attitude and I took my receipt and she started looking me in a bad way it made me uncomfortable.

I was in the store on 5-26-23. I always love the products and the sales assistant that helped me was wonderful Her name is Arta N. She was very approachable and kind. She knew what I needed and explained the product fully. I did not care for the loud music. It is not a club and since you have shoppers of all ages, please consider the music volume and selection. Again thank you to Arta for your help.
