The staff and managers are super helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous, showing great professionalism. Donating items is a good experience with a seamless drop-off, and workers are very helpful in providing a charity donation slip or tax receipt. The proceeds fund Adult Rehabilitation Centers. While some note that prices are going up, it remains a favorite store for many where people always find at least one thing to buy. The store is described as a find and is commended for its hard work in helping Staten Islanders.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and I always find at least one thing to buy here so I like this Salvation Army. But recently the prices are going up and all used CDs are $12 here while they’re $2 at goodwill.
