The girl with glasses was so rude and I was asking her for something and she just said they have a different brand so I should go to a different store, when I asked her if I can see the brand they have she said she already told me what they have and go find it somewhere else.

My visit today was amazing! A worker, that I do not know her name, however, it was register 1 at 4:09PM and she was dressed in black and white, attended to me and provided great customer service. She had a lot of knowledge of all the products and items that I asked her about. She was eager to assist and sell without being pushy! She spoke in an educated and kind manner. I wish I could shop this way always!

It’s annoying how they always want to help the older white women first. Offering them help as soon as they walk in. But leave the non-white customers to find everything themselves. Makes me not even want to ask for help.

It's really nice t have store to go to that has all the supplies you need for your hair. I don't have to go anywhere else. They also have a rewards card that you can sign up for free. I mean..its my one shop for my hair care. I'm really glad that I have found Sally's. I watch a lot of Youtubers hair care videos and they talk about Sally's Beaury store. What delight it was to know that there is not just one in Staten Island but two.
