I needed to match a color through the camera... because the car was painted with another color that was not the one indicated in the color code... they sold me 8 ounces and with it a number that apparently indicates the formula number... I called to ask about the color code that the camera and/or the system had found... they told me that it “does not” record or indicate it or that they could not obtain it... that if I needed it at some point more paint than there was no problem... I could return it with the label that was provided at the time of purchasing the paint. I asked him and I told him that the owner of the car requested it from me... well obviously in the future I would know which one it was and thus have it in his car data. Anyway... when I asked the person who helped me, he put the hold music on the phone while he was going to ask... and I guess... I guess... that the manager told him to tell me that there was no or that no color code had been found…. To which I told him that other painting businesses did provide me with what I needed. At the end I said thank you. In short… They didn't want to provide it to me… I think so…. I will not go to this business again. I think that by trying how they work... it went wrong... and I was disappointed and dissatisfied. Let them continue selling. But I am one less customer... and personally I do not recommend it.

The staff I spoke with knew what they were doing and were friendly. They helped me, although I wasn't a professional, they explained what they were giving me and gave me some options. Can't be better than that. This is rare now a days.
