Last night walked into the store to look for Valentine’s Day cards, and as soon as I walked in, was greeted by the manager Suzanna with “can you take your mask off for the cameras? They need to see your face”. Mind you it’s 10° outside. And I was wearing a hat and scarf Shortly after I lifted my scarf with no problem I then heard her over the loudspeaker call to another employee to Please actively watch the “individual who just came in” on the cameras. After looking at the phone chargers I was going to leave the store because I didn’t find anything to my liking, as well as not wanting to give this store any of my money, she then said to me “excuse me weren’t you just looking at the phone chargers?” I said yes, but I put it back… she says “are you sure?, hmmm” I then, embarrassed and humiliated in front of a line full of my peers, I was asked to open my jacket and empty out my pockets. Now being profiled and having snap judgements made on me is something I’m used to, being I have a body full of tattoos etc, but that does not make it okay to do this to customers upon entering or leaving a store never mind while shopping, I feel extremely disrespected, and my wife is extremely upset, and will be filing a complaint to the top of the ladder. As a healthcare worker, and somebody who works with the less fortunate, I think it is ridiculous that a manager of a store, like this is just allowed to make these snap judgments and to be extremely disrespectful. There was a lot more to the story, but too much to type. I’ll be saving that for corporate and my lawyers. Beware of this location. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

Pharmacy department is scary. No one answers the phone, then when you get there, they act like you did something wrong because you came without being notified if your prescription is ready. You are then afraid to ask when it will be ready. Without hesitation the answer will be "tomorrow".

Terrific pharmacy staff. They are sort staffed in other areas (like everywhere else) but there's always someone to help!

Rude lady behind the counter at night, and any place charging $7 bucks for a box of cheesitz is getting a low rating

This pharmacy has become worse and worse every year. Takes a half hour to wait on line for your meds because they are so damn slow

The young brunette girl on the pharmacy staff has no customer service skills at all & has a bad attitude. Was she given any training? Very unprofessional.

Service here has really gone down hill. Pharm staff is very impatient. Maybe they're short staffed and over worked like everywhere else. Used to be great.

Very rude customer service. Was going to purchase a few makeup products and asked a girl at the counter if I could return any of them, because I wasn't sure if it would be the right shade, to which she rudely and abruptly responded with a no. After leaving the store without merchandise, I looked up their return policy online, which said 100% money back in all opened or non opened products. Maybe the employees should be educated on the store's return policy.

My wife was shopping in this store when she had a sudden need to use the bathroom. She sought out assistance to use the facilities when she came upon who she thinks is the store manager. The manager looked my wife up and down and then said that both locked public bathrooms were out of order. My wife really didn’t believe that they were out of order, but even if they were, why the up and down look? And why would you not have the unavailable bathrooms repaired. Needless to say that my wife won’t be shopping there again. And just to clarify, my wife is a 67 yo handicapped woman who is respectable and not someone that you would worry about using the facilities. Horrible, horrible customer service. The manager is blonde female with possible russian accent.

It took 8 days, four visits, and a phone call to pick up a monthly prescription. I went into this pharmacy on Sunday, July 23rd to pick up my medication. I was told that the medication was not ready and to come in on Monday. I let the pharmacy staff know that I only had three doses of my medication left, so I would absolutely need it by Wednesday. I was working Monday, so I went in on Tuesday, July 25th and was told that the prescription would be ready on Wednesday. They said mine and other's prescriptions were on back order. How this happens in a pharmacy with life sustaining medication, I'm not sure!! The prescription was not ready until Thursday, meaning that I missed taking the medication as prescribed by my doctor. When I went in on Saturday, the next time I could outside of my working hours (and now missing medication for three days), I requested picking up three months instead of one month of medication, out of worry that I will have the same trouble next month. I was told to come back on Monday to pick up the requested dosage amount. I called on Monday and they gave me an estimate over the phone different than the one I received on Saturday. I've called on other occasions and have not gotten through. I told them I would be there today, Monday, July 31st, to pick it up. I showed up later this afternoon and they told me I needed to wait while they prepared the prescription. I will absolutely be switching pharmacies. Not sure if this is a people issue or a technology/data or supply chain issue, but it's not my issue anymore. Will not be surprised if this location, and this chain generally, goes out of business.

There should be 0 stars at this rite aid.The staff at this store are some of the rudest people I’ve witnessed. The staff should all quit. Imagine being on your phone and the old cashier was given the most attitude because I was on my phone. Rite aid should put cashiers that know how to show people respect. We go to spend our money and this is what we get. Shame on them!

no one knows anything, acts like no body works there while you see more “employees” than customers. if you think you can escape that by placing online order, you’re wrong.

Should be zero star. Only few staff are friendly but majority including managers are rude, for example, today, Saturday July 15, the cashier refused to scan my mom health benefit app. to pay for monthly medications and literally said "What's that?" And called the manager who asked for a physical card that never exists!! That was expected from that manager (from my prior experience with her) and she starts talking about the store policy that differs from CVS and other pharmacies, however, she ignored the fact that we use to pay with the app. in this store for months as no physical card is issued for this monthly benefits!! If they just scanned the app. the payment would go through as normal but refused to even scan it!! I guess she meant a policy of losing customers. Anyways, we went to CVS and got what we need.

I have Medicaid and empire blue cross and every time I go I went 3-4 times they always ask for numbers don’t exist on my insurance card then they ask for a pharmacy card you don’t get that with Medicaid and then they make me pay for my medicine mean while every time I go it’s from a emergency visit and they send all the insurance info to them
