If I could give them 10 stars I would. Not only did they go out of their way to find a medicine and help me with my doctor but they even helped me find a coupon so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. It was ready within minutes of the prescription being sent out. Thank you

They are a new pharmacy that just opened and they were very professional and courteous. I picked up medication twice and had a great experience on both accounts. These local pharmacies are always better than the commercial ones like CVS. Faster, hassle-free, and with people that know what they're doing.

Pharmacy is well organized, great service. I really feel like family when i’m there. The staff make me feel like i’m top priority. Everything is well presented and explained. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I will definitely be visiting anytime i need anything.

Very dishonest people here. I went to this pharmacy to purchase a home covid test kit so I can test myself before gathering with my family for Christmas. There were about 6 people behind the counter and one guy told me this kit cost $100.00 which contained 2 tests. I needed the test so I payed him. I had no idea what the normal cost was until I read an article in the SI Advance regarding price gouging. The kit should cost around $25 for a package of two test. I then called this pharmacy explaining that they over charged me and that I wanted money back or I was going to report them to the attorney general. They said they were going to call me back but never did. I am now reporting them!

From the moment I set foot into the pharmacy I was welcomed and treated like family, a young lady assisted me with a PCR test and gave me 2 at home rapid test kits for my family. I will be switching over from CVS because they also offered to deliver my medications for free.

I am an NP that recently had an extremely unsettling experience with this pharmacy. I spoke to the pharmacist/owner regarding having a delivery of my injectables sent there (the pharmaceutical company that I buy from recommended delivery to local pharmacy). On the phone, she quickly dismissed my explanation and said “NP, doctor...it doesn’t matter what you are. If you are a patient here I will accept delivery for you. I accept deliveries all the time for patients.” Okay...Eas

The pharmacy staff at Richmond Valley Pharmacy was welcoming to my questions. They were very professional in handling my matters. I was able to get my refills in time, and I had no issues waiting at the pharmacy. One of the pharmacists that works here is personable and cares a lot for her patients. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to my family and friends.
