Have been a customer for a year. Very unimpressed with customer service. Deposited checks via mobile app yesterday, which states funds will be available within 2 days, only to find out there's a hold for 10 more days. These checks are from the US Treasury, the place that prints money. Not understanding. Will most certainly be closing out account when funds clear. Have had several other issues, overall worst banking experience.

Terrible customer service. I have been a customer for over 5 years and I am treated like street trash any time I need assistance at this branch. The bank overall (NYCB) is decent (hence the generous 2 stars), but Leslie really needs to fine tune her customer service skills.
