Richmond Aluminum came to my home and fixed the issue with my siding immediately. Gil, Lisa, Marcos and the rest of the team are true professionals. They really care about their customers. I have used them for many years for windows, siding, etc. and have always been satisfied because they stand behind the work they do in the community. Thank you, Richmond Aluminum for delivering excellent service.

I would never ever recommend anyone to this business. They are the worst. The installers are very nasty and sloppy workers. The owner does not get back to you. When you have a problem, they should be out of business.

The installers did a good job but the management of the business is terrible. No follow up or follow through; terrible communication. They had storm window screens that were damaged at installation from sept till April. When the hot weather came I remembered they were supposed to be re-screened but they had never called me to tell me they were ready. This poor communication was common throughout my business dealings with them. We ordered storm windows & doors & had them installed. The Larson products they sell are ok.

Zero stars if i could. Stay far, far, away! My contract says 7/8/20 and now it's 9/21/20 and I FINALLY have my door installed. I was told 6 weeks to order the door. It turned into almost 10 weeks since the door came in 2 inches too short. I was told it would be fast tracked and received in 3 weeks. Let's add another week because "you are booked" and can't install. What? At this point, the customer should be a priority. When the first door came and didn't fit, a hole resembling a fist punch was left inside my door which the owners son ignored. Asked for a pic, but would not give me a telephone number to text it to. Heard nothing thereafter. When the second door came requested a call be told it arrived to schedule an appointment. Called on a Friday to find out it came Thursday. Of course, no phone call. Told me I would have to be called back for install appointment. Waited 3 hours and i had to call back and asked why I was forgotten. Finally get a date to install. Was 2 hours late on day of appointment since installers were sent to do something elsewhere. I had It! Called to demand where my door was. Told it would come "sometime today". Not good Enough! Never thought to call to advise of time change. Showed lack of care for customer all the way around. It got to the point where i would have demanded my money back and file a claim in small claims court and told them so. I have never been so disgusted. Installers were great. Even fixed the hole. Spent 4 hours plus at my house. Really worked hard. Door looks great and hope it lasts (crossing fingers there are no issues) but I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO REMAIN SANE! I have heard more about the son's girlfriend, his house in PA and fishing. Too bad that enthusiasm didn't go into the business aspect of this sale!

How about they call back a potential customer with an estimate. I've been waiting 9 months for an estimate. Called 6 times no return call. Guess they don't need business. Won't be using these people

I contacted this company for an estimate to enclose my screen room about 9 months ago. Two guys came, an older man and his son in law who were the "sales reps". After a few weeks I contacted them for an estimate that I never received and they told me they had to come back with the owner Rich to look at everything to give me an estimate. Well the 3 of them came and it is now 6 months later and I STILL DO NOT HAVE AN ESTIMATE! I have called to follow up on where my estimate was and lefts messages for the owner about 6 times and no one has the decency to call back. Why am I begging them for an estimate??? Guess they don't need business. Stay away! Imagine if they do the work and you have a problem? If they can't call with an estimate for a job, how would they handle a problem. Go elsewhere, don't waste your time.

not at all happy about customer service.had sales person come and give me estimate its been about a month and sales person never provided estimates and i called 3 times and always went to voice mail very disappointed.
