They change oil and try to up buy you with expensive air filters for 30 dollars, 2 screws and a 12 dollar filter from auto zone. It woukd fix the problem.

Cranky cashier couldn’t answer simple questions about services provided. Even the other customers sitting in the waiting room had to speak up when the cashier just couldn’t control his attitude.
Imagine losing money because your employee woke up cranky and was having a bad day LOL.
I just went someplace else and gave them my money instead. Good job losing business guys!

Was told I needed a tire rotation and then was told the “technician” couldn’t take off one of the nuts. When my oil change done I noticed the nut he couldn’t take off was loose and saw that he broke the stud and claims that it was already like that and that was the reason he couldn’t do the rotation. None of my tires had any problems before I took it here. After speaking with the owner he took care of the problem. Thank you to Joe for your help in this matter.

It's a gamble.. One time they forgot to put the plug back in, another time my cap was missing. Last time the new oil was very dark, my mechanic said they're using recycled oil..

I was using this place before many times and everything was good.I came a few days ago to change my oil and add some DEF to my diesel truck. ( I brought my filter and oil)
They took my truck and 5 min later worker said me that he drained the oil but filter is wrong. He gave me 5 minutes to get the right one otherwise he would charge me extra. I said that I am happy to buy it from him. He said that they don't have it.
I brought him a new filter from a Strauss store and he start working on the truck again. Some guy (his friend) from the street came and they start talking while he was changing/adding the oil.
Worker spiled oil all over inside of my truck. He asked me to leave in very nasty way when I mentioned that. He asked me on how many OZ of oil he should put in my truck...I said that he is a professional and should look in a computer if is not. He told me it's my truck and I should know...I was very upset. He also told me that he doesn't add DEF to trucks and he doesn't not know on how to do it.I complained to the manager. Manager said that its nothing he can do but he will mention it to the owner.
They did a terrible job, spilled oil under the hood, stretched the fender wished me a nice day.
Do not use them. It's a lottery....

terrific place to get an oil change. they are really good at what they do, been going here for over 15 years. plus it comes with a free car wash at the place next door.

Fast service! Gave me a quote for when I need to get my brakes, rotors, and sensors changed this upcoming Spring. They had the synthetic oil needed for my M550. Filled washer fluid and checked tire pressure. Car is running great and ready for the winter. Thank you!

The oil change may have been fine but expensive. The woman at the front desk to check you in was just horrible. She clearly hates her job and she truly lets it show. Giant puss on her face the entire time and she couldn't have been more unfriendly and in welcoming. As a business owner myself, I would never allow a person like that to be the first person to greet customers. Beyond unprofessional!!!!!!
