Hilda was very impolite and unpleasant. Sent me into the room while another patient was still in there. (Then also sent another patient into the room while i was still in there). Snatched the paper from me and was huffing and puffing. Then slammed the arm rest down at me when i had to sign. Got the job done but was 2 seconds away from asking if i can get a different person to do it. Dont know what her problem was

Here we have yet another medical institution that requires patients to sign-in at the communal IPad device, with their FINGERS. Have we learned nothing from the Covid crisis? It's bad enough that medical establishments have returned to the close distances of packed waiting rooms, where airborne viruses are always prevalent. Why double the risk with the touch devices? And what if a patient has a question? There are NO EMPLOYEES in sight. If you walk-in here you can expect a two hour wait, at least. I walked in yesterday. There were three people there and the device told me 2 1/2 hours. I walked out. Quest Diagnostics used to be a good institution. That is not the case anymore. And with the consolidation of services, (one might say monopolization), we can only expect things to get worse.

Awful service I came because they told me they draw blood on babies, they couldn’t do my baby and pinch her twice. I don’t recommend if you want to bring your baby DONT DO IT!!! Awful service!! They don’t have experience with babies!!

Quick Service with the morning appointments and the staff have improved. I did end up with black bruising one time but the lady who drew my blood seemed like she was new. I will continue to come here for my blood work though being that the service will continue to improve and stay good.

I live in America but there are no Americans handling my situations. Utterly ridiculous! Most of them have nasty attitudes and there are major delays on pre-employment drug test results. If possible, avoid Quest Diagnostics all together. Find you a different company.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Before my blood was drawn, the lady with the thick accent was putting down my insurance, I was trying to tell her my member ID number and she's like "No the number doesn't say that on the card" with an attitude.My insurance card doesn't have the full number and I need to get a new one and how are you going tell me I'm wrong when I am trying to help you out and when I have a document in my wallet having the full card number and info.I was thrown off by the whole thing and I hope that my insurance covered up the expenses.

This is my second time coming to this location to give them another chance and it does not fail. The people who work here have ZERO customer service skills. I’m convinced they graduated, were given no training on PEOPLE skills and were just thrown into the environment. I had the same Asian lady twice and she never fails to have the worst attitude. There was a middle eastern guy and the same applies to him. This has to be a joke.

I've been to this Quest location many times over the years and my most recent was by far the best, thanks to Sam! I always struggle from anxiety and fainting when getting my blood drawn, but Sam made the process easy and helped to calm my fears. I'm so grateful for Sam and will always ask for him in the future because he is the only person I trust to draw my blood now.
