My mom usually brings me to quest whenever I need to get my blood taken when she's busy and it usually takes them a couple of tries to pinpoint where but this one lady on Richmond her name is Yedis with like blonde hair near the end of her hair, first of all she couldn't pinpoint where my blood was and immediately went to the lower part a little after my elbow my forearm and I don't like getting my blood taken from there because it hurts and I told her that I don't like it taken from here and to take it from my hand or to check my other arm and she had a really nasty attitude saying no and she already found it and when I requested my mom to take my blood because she's really gentle and she's been a phlebotomist for 20-25 years and she said "no I've got two hands too" and like if she said no I would've understood it's probably a policy or something but overall I hated the experience, my arm is still numb and she had the nastiest attitude ever and she was absolutely really rude to my mom and she kept accidentally moving the needle when she was grabbing the all bottles.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff treated my kids and wife terrible for no reason. It’s like they picked people off the street to run this place with no over-site and no accountability. Disgusting behavior! Two bad experiences in two weeks. It’s been going for years apparently look at the previous reviews. You’d think there would be discipline or retraining or replacements by now!

I came in and there were two workers I’m not sure about the older blondLady but the (I believe Dominican ) woman was absolutely disrespectful I said hello and was very kind and she was just looking for a fight not saying you have to be insanely nice back but at the minimum don’t be rude on top of being met with a ridiculous attitude there was a couple in the waiting room who evidently don’t speak English well trying to ask a question about the walk in appointment they made and instead of hearing their question she rudely says “next time make an appointment if you walk in your gonna wait get over it “I know this is a very common problem and people just don’t write reviews but I truly hope she gets fired she’s horrible !!!

Not only this location , but many locations have very JADED Phlebotomists . They do not care about you or your health at all. They all have major attitude problems and then expect you to act charming . The whole appointment this is just ridiculous. These places should be walk in only . Our lives would be much better if it was. Quest labs need to re-evaluate their patients/customers feedback and make some serious change . They also need to have more in-depth interviews with individuals who are applying for jobs here. I walked in at 7:30 A.M. and was barked at by a rude Phlebotomist telling everyone, " WALK-INS WAIT LONG TIME." It's been an hour . Meanwhile, fewer and fewer people are here, and they still choose to make the walk in people wait . Insane. So incompetent and terrible. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE.

Inept technician , my wife went for routine labwork this morning and came out complaining about pain from the location on her arm where the blood was drawn . I would give zero stars if possible

The Richmond ave location in Eltingville always gets it done quickly! Parking a little tricky but worth it.

Absolutely Terrible customer service. I got my blood work done there and I am trying to access my account to view the results but the verification questions won’t go through even though I put the right answers. Me and my mom both tried calling at least 3 different numbers and emailed them twice but got no response and we’re paying for it for no reason now. Absolutely terrible

No one at front desk, couldn't even do a drop off unless you wait till they close. I guess you need a appointment to do drop-offs otherwise good luck trying to get anyone to talk to you.

The overweight spainish lady was very rude and unprofessional she kept calling me by the wrong name so I didn’t answer when I finally realized she’s speaking to me I asked her what is the wrong since she was mumbling something under her breath she’s said how many times do I have to call you I said well you weren’t pronouncing my name correctly so why would I answer she rolled her eyes at me and told me to go into the room this was my first time here I should of read the reviews before I went

The accessibility ramp is blocked by garbage cans. There is no way to contact Quest or the owner of the building (1st Fl). Please bring someone with you that can walk up stairs or down stairs to assist you. DO NOT bring a large power chair u will not be able to get through the building's Glass Doors. (Quest door is narrow but the other side of the door can be opened by a person who can stand and pull the top and bottom pins to unlock the door. NOTE: Elevator is controlled by Owner on !st floor. As per owner of Building it will only be unlocked if you ask staff to use the elevator.. However, there on the 1st floor. Ramp is on basement level. I had a very good experience with Quest staff and they were very helpful.

Very rude and unprofessional people work here. The one overweight horrible looking female that came out to tell us the computers are down is the most ill mannered person there. I was waiting for over an hour and the systems are not functioning properly. By time it was my turn she refused to honor my appointment bc the system was down and I could not send the script THEY ALREADY HAD. What an awful person Quest diagnostics these people are drawing blood from humans please double check their resumes to make sure they are in fact humans employed at these locations. I was waiting for an hour, what happened with “get in with the rest of your day” in the quest commercial? Just disgusted with this lab. Go to the one on Hylan much more kinder and civil and treat people with dignity. This lab is abominable and so are it’s employees. Wouldn’t trust them again!

We usually come here for blood draws but some of the techs are rude. There needs to be some training on kids with special needs.
