My daughter had appointment in the morning and wait there for over an hour, the blonde hair with glasses nurse told us she called out name and didn’t show up but we are there all the time! Both my daughter and I didn’t hear the name. And I even came up to her asked her if she call my daughter name, she didn’t response to me. Horrible service. Waste our time.

Arrived a little early for some bloodwork,there was only one other person in waiting room. It was extremely easy to check in,I was called immediately. Mary Ann explained what she would be doing. We had some conversation about why it is good to drink water before the tests. She was very pleasant and took time to explain about how blood flows, small bits of information that made the test visit quite pleasant.
The offices were very clean and uncluttered.

The sign in for my scheduled appointment is confusing to say the least. It used to be that I just scanned the bar code that came with the confirmation email. Now they want more information and the scanner doesn’t always scan that easily. That is my only complaint.

I got to the lab I always go to a little early. Checked in and waited. After realizing my appointment time had passed and I was still waiting, I asked if someone could help. I had made appt at different lab. They very kindly fit me in and made my day. The lab tech, Sanjia at the VIC site was so considerate and helpful. I love this lab and their staff This is the lab located on Willowbrook Rd on SI

First time at Willowbrook Rd, went for blood work. Mary Ann was amazing. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Had my doubts, but fast in and out before work! Thank you Mary Ann

I was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews butttttt! I loved it here! I brought my 2 year daughter for blood work with an appointment scheduled and let me tell you the ladies have magic hands! They were so kind and warming and inviting that she DID NOT CRY!!! Unbelievable I 100% recommend.

Just terrible. No one at the front desk to ask a question. Appointment times are not taken on a timely basis. No professionalism what so ever. Just terrible.

What can I say about this place, mad unprofessional. I was scheduled for blood works from my doctor. Did not have the blood work papers. But had it on my quest app. Ask the lady who was going to draw my blood. How can I send it? She gave me an email address. I sent it but the paper work did not come out right mind you she had me sitting there for a few minutes with out explaining what I had to do. Or how can I submit the paperwork. Her lack of helpfulness was ridiculous. I had to find out another way to submit the paperwork from another person at the office only to be skipped by other patients end result I don’t know if they ever got the paperwork no one helped me by finding if it was received.mad unprofessional. And I lost time from going to work at my scheduled time
