don't know if this is same owners I don't think so. Spent $21 + tip for a full service. Front and back vaccumed, windows cleaned(streaky) the back of my SUV never touched.Car went through the wash Still bird droppings on hood. Did not notice until I went home. Wheel shine no longer done with this price. For sure I will not return!

They didn’t wash everything when I told them to wash inside and outside including mats but they didn’t. Very bad didn’t even clean mats

Horrible!! Save yourself the trip. The prices are insane and they barely clean your car. I paid $30 and the inside wasn't even clean. I had to tell them the inside was still dusty and they had the nerve to be upset with me that I said something. Not worth going to at all.

Queen Anne did a good job on the car wash, but I asked specifically to throughly clean the wheels, even bending over to show the dirt, and they did a terrible job. I complained afterwards to 2 different people, but they did not speak English

Been going here sine the 90s but now they upped their prices a lot and also charge for using Apple Pay. There are cleaner, new car washes that charge less or the same. I wasn’t even made aware before being charged for Apple Pay that there was an additional up charge. I should have been given the option.For $30 you can also have you cup holder cleaned and wipe down down interior which I paid and didn’t getNow noted that they must have a new owner. New management raised the prices by 56%?? last owner would wash interior exterior with tie shine for 16. 18 with tax now this place is 25 no tax for the same thing. ?? good luck getting costumers by easing the prices and lowering the standards and performance. Left my car dirty even after washing

They changed hands. $25 for interior/exterior, no tire waxing, no full interior cleaning, and they didn't do a good job.
