I was lied to by a supposed owner when pro care was taking over the Defunct good rx box pharmacy in green ridge plaza. . I am a patient that goes monthly to about 4 different type drs. Plus my regular family dr. I am a long time pain management patient and was having some difficulty in getting one of my medications. He said he was opening up another Pro Care pharmacy on Amboy road and that he had 4 stores so if one of his stores was out of the particular medication then he would transfer it to one of his other locations. No problem at all he could help me get my meds no problem. He even gave me his private cell phone number and to give him a call when I was ready to transfer all my prescriptions to his businesses. I take controlled meds and uncontrolled medicine. Well to sum it up I called him up and he informed me that he would not be able to help me with my prescriptions. I went into the new Pro Care pharmacy to have a conversation but the one woman pharmacist didn't seem to recognize his name. She said that I should come back on a Friday when the pharmacist who only deals with controlled medications. I don't know what is going on at Pro Care pharmacies but I'm extremely disappointed in this young man who said his name was Mario and that he would help me with all my medications. Something seems off and doesn't seem to kosher to me. Thank goodness I didn't leave my present drugstore because I would be up a creek without a paddle nor without many of my medications. Why are legitimate pain patients treated so poorly?

This not good pharmacyWhen you send the medicine long time when come to you also the pharmacist He changes the medications himself without consulting you and sends them to you and also the delivery very bad everytime he but the medicine in wrong area also i have medical for my son 2 months not come to me and the pharmacist when i call him she tell me yes i have for 2 months why not send to me since 2 months really i will change this pharmacy

Rite aid didn’t have my medications Procare pharmacy was able to get it for me the next day. They go above and beyond for their customers.

horrible experience the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with they don't even carry half of the medications you need. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anybody. the worst customer service I have ever had.

The service in this Pharmacy is 200%! My entire family (parents, grandparents, cousins) have used them for two years now, and they go above and beyond! (Delivery to your home, prompt response, gets prescription issues fixed, etc., etc., etc.!) Thank you, truly.

I transferred all my script to this pharmacy. Pharmacist there is so reliable. He answered all my questions about the drugs m taking. They do free delivery as well!!!. I love it
