The worst pls I ever had been too! Customer service was horrible. I have had 4-5 cards go bad in the past month and stop swiping on everycard with only 2 swipes and it stops working. Went to this pls to get a another one and told them I shouldn't have to keep paying for a new card when the cards are the issue and the lady at the counter told me to call pls and deal with them...I could of talk to them when she called to set up a new card cause they ask to talk to the cardholder anyway but no she told me to call pls which still wouldnt do anything cause I would still have to have them make me a card at the pls store. Never really had good experiences at this location before but this last experience made me want to write this review.
