My son loves the Maple/Bamboo Hybrid 271 bat! First hit off of it was a double to the centerfield wall! Has great pop! Unfortunately the bat broke during the tournament however Pinnacle Sports had a replacement to me within 3 days of contacting them! They were super to deal with and stand by their warranty 100%! We already bought another 271 to always have an extra on hand. If you want a great wood bat, you won't go wrong with this one!

My 8 year old son absolutely loves the drop -6 bamboo bat. He did end up breaking the bat within the 100 day warranty period, but Thomas & the team shipped out a replacement unit extremeley quickly. Both my son & his little league team love hitting with the bat. Lots of pop & light enough (drop -6 is amazing for wood) that they can get it to the ball quickly. Wood makes kids feel like big league players. Couldn't recommend the bat or the company any higher!!!David

I've now purchased 3 BamBoo Bats in the last 3 seasons. I have been blown away by the quality of the bats, so I continue to purchase them. They have great pop and a big sweet spot. Thank you for a great quality item!

We had a bat under warranty. After it broke within a couple of days, we called Pinnacle and spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with them. We then sent the bat back with the original invoice as requested (costing about $20 for postage to return). A few days later we heard nothing and so called UPS, who verified exactly when the bat was delivered. Pinnacle Sports would not process it because they claimed there was no Return Authorization (RA) # and stated they could not even begin to find the bat without the RA #! The invoice was inside the box and this was the first we heard about the RA #. If it was so important, they could have emailed a number. Bad business, and the bat was not impressive either, so my son was not stressed about it.
