I started bringing my dog to the vet and the grooming, so I bought the vital care... I would love to say it was good, but my God, it was like pulling teeth to get anything done with this place.Every time I'd call the vet I couldn't get through to anyone. I had appointments suddenly canceled, I'd have appointments booked and then they'd call and say "Well you're the last appointment of our day and our vet wants to leave early" which is honestly something I couldn't believe I was receiving a call to reschedule for. Not to mention the way the vets would overtly try to up sell you nonsense, even while you're in there with a sick animal. They are truly more like sales people then doctors. The best part was the free appointments from the vital care.Then the grooming was out if control, even with the 20% off I was still spending 80+ dollars and I have a small dog. Even worse more then half of my grooming appointments they didn't take her. They would have trouble accessing my pets records and would make me reschedule or jump through hoops to get it for them. I thought I'd never have to deal with this problem considering the vet I bring her to is in the same building, but nope. I've been told "The offices don't communicate and they dont have access to the vets system" So, if the vets not available to get the records from, they can't see you. Also, I've never been asked to update my pets record for EVERY grooming appointment. Once a year is normal, maybe every 6 months, but every appointment is ridiculous. Not to mention that a lot of both of our times could've been saved if they would've just given a courtesy call saying they needed new records before hand, but no, they'd wait till I was literally standing in front of them with my pet in my arms to tell me they couldnt take her for her appointment.Basically, petco needs to get it together. I moved and I have a new vet and groomers and they are so easy, I've had no issues since I stopped coming here. ? Trust me, the stuff I've listed is only the tip of the iceberg, I'm leaving a lot of specifics out for my own privacy, but I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with their service and I didn't even realize how bad it was until I moved and actually went somewhere good.The store itself is good. They have nice fish, it's clean, and the staff is friendly, but the additional services they offer are just ill managed.

I went there to buy a few fish, some cat fish and a few white tetras. I was laughed at and told "no way" because my 10 gallon tank with 2 fish in it apparently wasn't big enough. My tank is fine for that and I should not be laughed at, I am a customer. Eventually the store manager came and gave me 1 cat fish, she told me "it won't go well" The cat fish is fine and thriving, It seems maybe Doctor Dolittle didn't actually know anything. Everyone acts like they are professionals with this stuff but I grew up with 20 fish in a 10 gallon tank and they lived forever. I had 4 full sized turtles in a 10 gallon tank but apparently the idiots at Petco know better, probably explains why the store by Best Buy is closing, same dumb thoughts.

i made a return in less than 24 hours. paid cash. and was told i would have to wait for a corporate check for $29. ridiculous. i paid cash. i should get cash back!over TWO weeks and i'm still waiting for my refund check!i will NEVER shop at this location or ANY Petco again.

I booked 9 days earlier for my puppy to have him groomed. I arrived and I was told that they didn't have any appointments for him. I have all the emails and text messages about it. I looked at the app and it said completed. I believe someone purposely made it completed so they can squeeze in someone else. Really messed up. Unreal.

opens at 9. employee don't want to. just go to pet smart. it's worth the drive. always pallets on the floor and hard to move around. cute kittens locked in a cage. sad.

I have had the best experience with the staff and doctor James.Outstanding service and very concerned about their patients. Have helped guided me and helped me as what to do to make my puppy feel better. I live over the bridge and don’t mind paying $15 in expazz as long as I’m getting good service.

Went here twice to get fish for my fluval Evo 13.5. First time was a pair of clownfish, two weeks later they somehow got ich and both died the night after. I went back the week after to get 3 more fish and 3 days later they all died. Along with that, Petco dosent guarantee saltwater fish so they could just get as much money in as they can. When I asked two staff members try to get the fish for me, they both yelled at me because “they were there since 6 in the morning and wanted to leave” or “they were going on lunch break and wanted nothing to do with the fish”. They think they could treat me, a 14 year old, and my dad like that. What is wrong with this store?!

Please do something about the ungodly SMELL!! I realize it’s a pet store but I have never smelled anything so repulsive in my life. NONE of the other petco’s and pet-smarts smell like that. I bought 1 thing. Would have stayed longer but I was getting nauseous and a headache from the foulness of Oder.

Worst store, I bought 3 salt water fish from there 2 weeks ago . 2 of them died, I took pictures of them and threw them out. I went into store with receipt, pictures, video and bags I bought the fish in .They did not give me any money back and dismissed me. Manager was very disrespectful and rude , do not go here. I was told I “googled the pictures” lol. I had a video of me putting them in my tank lol. Then completely ignored . Manger was just not nice . Think it was very unfair treatment and not good costumer service . Lost a life long customer had dogs here for years , fish too. Will never go back. What made it better was that the same person that rang me up when I bought the fish was there too, just funny

Bought 4 saltwater fishes from the store as they have discounts. One fish died in the bag when I got home and they refuse to refund it with execute like saltwater fish is not refundable. Will never go there again
