Called Pet Oasis for a grooming appointment for our 3 year old Rottie; the person who answered was so sweet and she had the groomer ( Ashley) call me back for an appointment: Ashley called back immediately and Shadows’ appt was within the week, we were so impressed. As soon as Shadow met Ashley it was all over ? Shadow will never go to anyone but Ashley. She was so in tune with Shadow and so patient: Really Impressed ! We received 20% off for first time. It was a GREAT experience! Shadow is a BIG girl and she doesn’t do anything she doesn’t want to but Ashley won her over and now she looks forward to going ! That’s a HUGE relief. Thank You so much Ashley !!! You saved us !

After getting a recommendation on Facebook for a specific cat groomer for my Maine Coon, I took him to Pet Oasis today. The groomer Ashley claimed to be a Maine Coon groomer of six years. My Son and I left him at 1 pm and picked him up at 3 pm. I couldn't see the full cut because my baby was climbing all over me. We get home and he is omg butchered!!! While there I still felt a matt and asked her to cut it out. I get home and omg he looks terrible!!! His cut is completely choppy, totally uneven and his mane is chopped up badly! I texted her that I wasn't happy and she told me she could fix it. I told her I was completely unhappy and that it was so uneven everywhere. She then calls me and is yelling at me that she had no time to do it properly because she only had 2 hours with him. Andddd calls me "A fat ugly bitch!!" Then hangs up!! $90 and I gave her a $25 tip for this?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The most unprofessional "groomer" I have ever met!!!! He looks terrible!!!!

Completely unhelpful. Both woman who work here are always on their lap tops and cellphones. One even wears the headset and locks herself inside. You have to knock on the door during open business hours? Some items on the shelf are expired and no one cares. The loyalty program is a joke. I've been coming for years and have yet to receive a discount on anything. Don't ask for a sign up if you don't offer the incentive back to your customers. Hire someone who is passionate about the job, actively seeks out to help customers, checks the shelf's for any expired items or coach your employees on basic interacting skills. Pathetic.

I absolutely love the groomer Ashley!! She took good care of my morkie Lucky. She was very patient with him and what a beautiful cut she gave him! She is so lovely and im so glad I found her! Thank you so much Ashley ♥️

I absolutely love all the Pet Oasis stores. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. They always have what I need and if it is out of stock they go out of their way to get it for me. I can't recommend this store enough!!

just got my dogs food here. girl behind the counter is high as a kite, giving me the wrong prices, not helpful etc. it also reeks like marijuana in the store and her eyes are rolling backward in her head. hire sober staff then i'll be back.

Pet Oasis grade all natural food for animals all their choose two things are all natural it's owned by a family-owned there food my dog really seems to like a lot every one of them that I've been to has been really nice people working there and knowledgeable about their Foods they have ice cream and goats milk and all kinds of crazy stuff for dogs and it's all supposed to be really good for the dogs I would recommend it to anybody any pet Oasis is good

At the Richmond Ave location there is a employee James who is extremely educated in pet foods to meet the needs of your pet. Also very personable. Will only shop there when James is working ( afternoon) thanks for your guidance for my pets Jeannine taccetta
