As soon as Shadow met Ashley it was all over ? Shadow will never go to anyone but Ashley. She was so in tune with Shadow and so patient: Really Impressed ! We received 20% off for first time. It was a GREAT experience! Shadow is a BIG girl and she doesn’t do anything she doesn’t want to but Ashley won her over and now she looks forward to going ! That’s a HUGE relief. I’ll never know how they get my crazy Pomsky to sit for photos, but they do. All of the employees are so amazing with the dogs. It’s such a sense of relief to know my dog is safe and well taken care of for daycare and boarding. 10/10 reccomend.

I brought two of my bearded dragons here (bless their souls) and my beautiful Sulcata Tortoise here and she’s taken good care of them and shares the same passion for exotics and reptiles like I do. She isn’t the typical arrogant Doctor that claims to know it all, she isn’t afraid to tell you she doesn’t know something and she’ll do a lot of research to give you the right information about how to treat your animal. She is also very affordable compared to other vets I went to. She is definitely my go to whenever one of my reptiles get sick, I wish I can give her 10 stars!!

Due to his age of 12 years, I was very nervous about having this procedure done but the doctors and staff here did a wonderful job with him. 255 Vineland Ave, Staten IslandI found Peter Astarbi to be a very nice, competent, and engaging fellow. I did (post visit) have, and still do have, one concern and that is his practice of mixing two different vaccines in the same injection. I learned later that most veterinarians do not like that at all since one vaccine may reduce the effectiveness of the other. So if he comes to your house and your animal needs more than one vaccine, you might want to discuss this with him.

Astarbi In-Home Veterinary Care
255 Vineland Ave, Staten IslandDr Astarbi was my vet for over 10 years. I had four dogs at one time and he took care of all of them. Of the 4 , two were put to sleep comfortably in my house surrounded by those who loved them. He is very professional, always gave me a call back and a lot of advice over the phone. I had one dog with Addisons disease. He took care of Bella until she passed away at a ripe old age of 15, usually adisonian dogs don’t live that long. She didn’t have many episodes but when she did Dr Astarbi helped her get back on track. I miss my girl Bella and my boy Giacomo so much. I moved to Florida and he sent me my dogs records. I miss him and Steve. I cannot find and caring vets here, what a shame. Dr Asarbi is very down to earth ,funny, personable and honest and always gave me good advice. I would get my dogs teeth cleaned every year with dr astarbi. Not one problem at all. I wish I could find someone here on the same caliber but I cannot. Dr Astarbi is highly recommended, you won’t regret having him as your long term vet. I hope you are going well, trinket and pia say hello!

75 Ellis St, Staten IslandI adopted my puppy in 2022 and started her training at PetSmart. As I got to know my puppy better, I decided she'd make a great Therapy Dog. While investigating HOW to become a Therapy Dog Pair, I was introduced to The Staten Island Companion Dog Training Club. This amazing group of caring and helpful (mostly volunteers) have helped both me and my dog learn how to work together. She is now a Certified Canine Good Citizen (after completing the Beginner II class) and we are now a Certified Therapy Dog Pair (after completing the Therapy Dog Training class) with The Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs, Inc. Since that time, I've become a member of the club and we've taken Agility For Fun. There are loads of continuous learning courses as well as competition classes if you and your dog are so inclined. They serve and understand all breeds ESPECIALLY mixed breeds and help teach owners how to manage behavior without damaging the spirit. I've learned alot and look forward to learning more. I highly recommend this club whether you just want to learn how to have a well-behaved dog or you want to train to compete.

Everything is reasonably priced for the amount & quality of food you are getting. We’ve ordered from here numerous times and never had any complaints. It’s our go to pizzeria! We order through Slice & someone from Paesanos always calls us shortly after to verify our order, which is nice. The delivery man is also the best, always on time & food is still hot.

This place looks amazing, one of the beautiful cafe I have visited in NY so far, definitely the best looking one on the island! I have much appreciation for the green inside & the use of wood ! Very inviting, I can just seat here all day doing nothing! And I am very picky with places when it comes to cafe where I feel comfortable to stay longer. I think I have find myself one!
I ordered their French toast, and medium house coffee. Because the server said that’s the strongest coffee they have. Including tip the Total came to $22.09, yes it’s kinda expensive! Was the French toast worth the price, not really ! Coffee was great tho.
Customer service was good , could be better. Especially when it’s not busy at all. I will be coming back to try their other yummy looking food.

There is also a large outdoor seating area. Right now it is decorated for Halloween. The service was good. All of the good was very good but not everything was from their normal menu because it was an event. The steak and chicken quesadillas had lots of flavor. The quesadillas were packed with chicken and cheese. I would definitely one back for dinner and drinks.
