NEVER AGAIN will I go back here. I wash my clothes here once a week, as does my brothers wife. Getting ready to go on vacation, I dropped them off with a comforter. The clothes cost $28 - but said she couldn’t tell me the price up front, it’s up to the owner. I pick them up - it’s $45 for a comforter. The comforter doesn’t even cost $45. Do not drop off clothes here without knowing the exact price to do so.

Don’t ever bring your clothes there for them to wash . I walked in on them doing my wash mixed in with other peoples clothes. I called the board of health on them .

It is the most unpleasant place to wash clothes, all the machines are damaged and when I used the ones that “used” they did not wash well, not to mention the exaggerated cost for everything, the owner is rude and when I told him that the machine was damaged he told me which was not his problem and apart from everything he was drunk and smoking inside the laundromat.

This laundromat is convenient since I live in the neighborhood. Unfortunately the owner or the manager smokes inside his office also inside the laundromat you can smell it through the machines. Definitely not sanitary for the customers or their laundry. PS this place is also a rip off. I also dried my clothes on hot for 45 minutes and they weren’t dry. He refused to refund me my $15 back for the dryer.

Clothes did not get clean at all. Half machines are broken. Garbage isn’t even a word. Manager sucks. Drunk and smoking cigarettes inside the building… run!

The hot water is working but you never get hot water and he raises the price he needs a circulation pump on the hot water you're wasting your time here if you want your clothes really clean unless you go during really busy time and the machines are all broken a lot they only go one direction the owner is Chinese I've got the Chinese trying to kill me with particle beam accelerators with the NYPD and they stole my home for me when I've been living 57 years and Manhattan Peter Laurance Armenio just google me and remember Covid is a poisoning not a virus

Owner is pretty rude. Had me walk a half hour with a bunch of clothes to find out his hours are incorrect. Online said 8:30 pm showed up 7:30 doors closed. Heat dryers are a joke

When need I will use the laundromat. You pay for convinces, fine ill pay. Problem is their coin machine ( cause they only accept coin) please get with the times will short change you. Happen Twice to me Is it alot of money..No only 75 cents total. Imagine every customer. Some one is cashing in. Oh and after 1hr in dryer my comforter was wet. Hot setting means luke warm.

And first glance the place looks clean and comfortable yet I noticed that a quarter gets you 4 or 5 minutes.. the dryer's definitely do not dry clothes in the same time frame I'm used to them getting dry at other laundromats. Owner is a grouch so you really feel like avoiding him for anything you might need. Other customers also note how the dryers seem to be set up to require more time and quarters.. Rip-off !!
