I just picked up my dog after 1 hour. Received a call that John the groomer will not be coming in. This is the 4th time this has happened. He's a good groomer but respects no one else's time. I'm done with this diva!

On two separate occasions I had an appointment with John, dropped my dog off and received a phone call hours later saying John never showed up. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. John does a great job but is very unprofessional.

Omg just keep your dog away from this place. Rude staff and my dog came out looking terrible. I asked for the ears not to be cut short and my dog came out with her ear fur all chopped off . Done.

Did NOT do a good job on my dog. do not go here!!! do'n't waste your money on this place. I just got my girl dog groomed today and they did a terrible job shaving and cutting her hair, she looks like a different dog now.

My dog was groomed today they did a terrible job paws not trimmed ears not cleaned the head shape uneven I had to shape out everything never bringing my dog again very bad place!

My dog was sent back with a terrible hair cut only 3/4 done and what they did was terrible with chunks not cut. They never cut his face. They are supposed to be trained to cut dogs but in my opinion can not do their job at all.

Fortunately my dogs came out looking good. I always had Stephanie do my dogs and have her come to my home since she left. I made an appt a week prior for both of my dogs to be cut at 1PM with 2 different stylists so they could be together and done alone and not in a cage long if at all. I call the place and the receptionist who is just a middle aged woman with a terrible mullet haircut tells me that my dogs could not be cut on time because " it was raining out and the dogs were coming in knotted" And tried to get nasty with me when I explained to her I made this appt the way I did with prior receptionist for a reason.... Not only was she a rude SOB but then when I had a 4PM zoom meeting and I said I will pick them up at 5:30 which is when they close, I was told NO! " We close after our last dogs are done for the day" so I had to cancel my meeting which was important to accommodate her and her $10.00 an hour job of treating people like crap since she's been working at PAWS..... I left cause of one reason (not her) but now I'm done.... My advice to whoever is the owner these days - get your staff in check before I do.
