I cannot put into words on how good of an experience I had with Omar Jewelers. I worked with Jay for months to make a custom ring for my fiancé and It came out beyond perfect. Jay and his team made the process beyond easy and always kept me informed with updates throughout the process too help me come up with the perfect ring. Absolutely will be going back for our wedding bands.

I had dropped my watch sometime ago the pin from the band shot out and I lost it. I went into Omar jewelry and asked him if he could replace the pin. Never asked how much thinking how much could it be? A few dollars. The gentleman put the pin in and when I asked what I owed him he said nothing. I gave him a few dollars as I feel nobody works for nothing. He has made me a customer, a small thing goes a long way!

Where do I start! Omar Jewelers is handsdown the best Jewelers in the US. This is a family owned business who have the best customer service. They will go out of their way to accommodate and meet your needs. I have bought from them multiple times and I live all the way in CA. Their pieces are handpicked and exquisite. You will sure feel special wearing one of their pieces. Craftsmanship, design, quality is what they strive for. They aren't the typical jewelers who will scam you and hike up their prices. They are super friendly and will work around your budget. Omar Jewelers will always be my Jewelers to meet my gold jewelery needs. Javier hands down is the best guy I have dealt with. Super funny and friendly. He will make sure to help you out in choosing the right piece and not merely just a salesperson. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back soon. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I dropped a chain off to be repaired on Friday and was told it would be ready by Tuesday. I didn't get any calls so on Wednesday I called and they said that they had forgotten to repair the chain and that he would have it by tomorrow. I Went there because when I called there was no answer and the store was closed when it was supposed to be open. So eventually I get my chain back and what do you know it breaks in the exact spot he was supposed to repair withing an hour of wearing it. Now they don't answer the phone so yah this place is not worth going to.
