Usually I'm a big baby when it comes to getting lab/blood work done, but this is the first location that I visited that I didn't feel like I was waiting in the chair for 10 minutes with a rubber band around my arm while they went through paperwork (like other labs have in the past). The moment I sat down in the chair, within one minute the whole thing was already done. Unfortunately I didn't get the womans name who did my lab work for me, but she was so gentle and saw I was getting nervous and walked me through it. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for not making fun of my crying too haha

Desiree and Rudina took my infant daughters blood for the first time ever at this location. I had been to COUNTLESS other locations where they were unsuccessful in getting the vein and emptying any blood. Desiree’s expertise and precision was nothing short of incredible. I will not return to any other location to have either of my children’s blood drawn- even their own pediatrician. If you have a child or someone who is not great with getting blood taken- this is the location to come to. They will treat you with such love and care that your entire bloodwork experience and outlook will be changed.A huge thank you to Rudina and Desiree for being the type of healthcare workers we need in this world!

I was recommended to this lab by a doctor for my 4 month old and I was NOT disappointed. Denise and Olivia were fast and gentle. I will never take my children to any other phlabotomist.

Everything was fine. The staff were all very friendly. The waiting time was not long. My only question is, there was a sign on the door saying do not enter without a mask, almost all of the staff except the phlebotomist well wearing their masks under their nose. Breaking the rules and putting people at danger. Just put the mask on correctly please!.

Close this office . Incompetence (Judith) seemed like it was her first time at her job and long wait figuring out the paperwork and insurance . , she is the receptionist who also drew my moms blood and caused my moms vein to collapse . Do not go here . Believe the bad reviews

If you value your time and sanity DO NOT GO HERE. This used to be a quick, efficient facility. Not any more. They have my profile on record and the blood wrk is sent to the same doctor over and over. I went in the other day and waited 45 minutes with NO ONE THERE!!! The person who was on duty to draw the blood was also the recptionist. She wasted time with endless questions that she already had the answers too and was pushy, and rude. She repeated the same questions and gave me someone else's drivers lic and medical card.When I was finally taken, I asked what the hold up was. I know you wont believe this when I say it: She said she had to call the doctors office because the NUMBER OF THEIR SUITE was not on the paper!!! I told her, I had come here many, many times before with the same paper and blood results are sent to same doctor over and over and over again and that this is the first time it was a problem.She was pushy and angry, saying they need to know Where to send blood. I told her she should have called LATER, after the blood was drawn so I did not waste my time sitting there!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EXIST at this location.. DO NOT GO HERE. What a horrible, self centered, woman. This was the first time I had seen her there, but I will not be going back.
