Professional, Polite, and Helpful. The Staff was thorough and explained everything. My wife, daughter, granddaughter, & I were all treated with respect. We could tell we were in competent hands, with each staff member. We were given the time and opportunity to express our concerns during the process, for each of us. I came in with an extreme fever, migraine, and terrible cough. The PA saw me for a total of 30 seconds and claimed I had a cold. One day later I was rushed to the ER and had the flu. The front desk lady was also extremely rude.
