Ever since Covid they changed there hours so it’s hard for people who work a full time job to come in. Today they list thier hours at 9am open but it’s 940 and the door is locked. Great service

I've been with this bank since 2004 till today 2017 oct.4, they just held my check for an entire week, I've called the branches they tell me oh it's a security issue, they did not call me to tell me this, I thought it was because I put the check in on a Saturday but nope ! They're holding it till the next time I get paid this week and the same thing will happen again if I put my check in from my new job..... do not bank here, very unhelpful even after I told them they'll lose a very very loyal customer and told me my weekly checks will be further held and they won't know how long that'll go on for .....

All of Richmond County Savings Bank's staff are very helpful. I use the RICHMOND Ave branch , from the officers to the tellers they are the best.
