Jane Lanza is the absolute best person to see here. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable, and fast! She helped me open a CD, and while I was there for a different matter, she helped me open a checking account painlessly. I even got a debit card SAME DAY which I feel like is a miracle. Go see Jane!

I have dealt with the branches on Hylan Blvd for 30 years and have always received great service. Officers and tellers are knowledgeable, friendly and customer oriented.

If i could give this zero stars i would . I signed up with this bank and received a debit card. I was not told i would be charged any fee for using it . I charged a few things recently and looked on my bank statement to see that 1.50 is taken out every single time i purchase something . Its not just about the money its about that i was not told this beforehand . If you use your card often this adds up . Will be shutting down my account and switching banks asap .

Went here to open a new checking account because i filed a bankruptcy and the other bank threaten to freeze my account. That's life it happens I wasn't born witt a silver spoon in my mouth. so however, I had to open a checking at Richmond county savings bank and I must say I love love love this bank. Tammy went above and beyond to help me. and also the Notary gentleman took his time to help me without any hesitation even though it was his time to leave. I am impressed with your banker staff because most people at other banks are unprofessional and rude as hell! But this bank is like heaven. Thank you to tammy and the notary for their help. I am grateful for the time and effort they put in to help me. Thank you so very much . Bankruptcy is a devastating, but they helped make my life alittle more relieved. thanks guys:)
