Despite its commendable selection of international food at reasonable prices, my recent experiences at this store have been overshadowed by a concerning decline in customer service standards. Notably, interactions with some staff and certain cashiers have been marked by a lack of respect, which is not reflective of the customer treatment expected and subpar comparing to competition. Even more troubling is the failure of the manager to address the situation when approached. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customer concerns, especially in a store that has been a staple in the community for years. While the diverse product offerings remain appealing, the deteriorating service experience leaves much to be desired.

The store is excellent! - every time the soul sings and the wallet cries It opens early, it’s very convenient to stop by after kindergarten and buy everything you need.Today I went to buy sausage, they told me: Sorry, we are still closed,or, excuse me, our cash register is loaded at 9 am - nooo!!!I heard: ...by the way, we open at 9...it was at 8:52))) - there were 2 sellers behind the counter...So that's great! - and so I unloaded 300 hundred.and I remind customers not to bother the sausage department until 9 am.

The prices are inflated and not proportionate to the quality or quantity of the food items. Some of the items are excessively expensive, making it difficult to justify the cost.

Found this by accident yesterday and so glad I did. Amazing bread, I was losing hope I'd find anything like it on Staten Island. The prepared food counters looked great too. I'll definitely be back.

Shame, shame ...shame.... For $5.99 for French loaf bread they sell it not fresh!!! Looks like they make it overnight and next morning pack with label as "today" date. That is not first time I noticed! Why in Cherry Hill (in Brooklyn) same bread is ALWAYS fresh? They used same supplier. It means only as "human factor"...bad factr... Does store manager know that, or they are in the same cart....? ! $5.99 ... ! ! "". !

I walked into this supermarket, a young black women and was racially profiled from the first step inside. I went to buy flowers, from the moment I walked in the door security walked over to me, watched me pick the flowers, walked with me (keeping a close but obvious distance) to the register, stood there and watched as a paid with cash (we made eye contact 3x) and followed me to the door until I was completely out! It’s so disheartening to still experience this in 2024! I will never patronize that business again and I’m so sick about it I am considering taking my complaint a step further.

This is a great supermarket it's very clean it's all European people in there that speak Russian in fact most of them don't speak English at all. Few Mexican laborers. They have a great beer selection if you like European beer they have a great European deli section with all terrific European delicacies they have a hot food it's a little strange to me but they have a lot of European style rushing Ukrainian style sometimes some of the other customers walk up to me and start speaking to me I think in Russian. The best part of the supermarket is the fruit and vegetables are the best. Much better than the traditional supermarkets, they have a large selection of premium and eggs even double yolk, all kinds of European chocolates and dumplings in the freezer.
