They sell SPOILED WINE! when I brought it back they remembered I purchased it, he took the bottle and said "it's sour" really? you never opened it. We went back and forth, bottom line No refund! No credit! No exchange! Net Cost Liquors knows only one word NO! so do I! No business from me, family, friends NO! Nope! Nadda!

Net Cost Liquors, a receipt? you don't give receipts, I asked for your worker who helped me by name, you said he doesn't work here anymore. Really? I saw him helping a customer to their car and went back into the store. Don't act surprised like you did when I left the SOUR WINE I was sold on your store counter, you saying no, no, no, customer ever complain. You read your reviews, because you answer them, and you did it with a straight face. Please spare the reviewers, a review is a way to let consumers know about business quality, practices and customer care! something Net Cost Liquors isn't privy too.

NET COST LIQUORS! Sells Sour Wine BEWARE! Net Cost Liquors takes NO Responsibility for Improperly storing their wine. I was told NO Refunds or Exchanges & you opened it. Of course, I did I cooked several Sunday dinners $$$$ not realizing Net Cost Liquors sold me BAD Wine! I thought it was the, tomatoes or the basil, onions, garlic, meat. I kept changing the produce, canned tomatoes, meat, herbs. IT WAS THE SOUR WINE! They even admitted it! I tried talking in person, there's NO reasoning with them. My monetary $$$ Loss of Imported tomatoes, pasta, pecorino cheese, beautiful unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. All used preparing dinners, was Thrown Out from BAD WINE SOLD at Net Cost Liquors! I returned your SOUR WINE and left it there; Net Cost Liquors doesn't care about YOU the CONSUMER! What about my LOSS!!! Don't Throw away MONEY YOU WORKRD HARD for at "NET COST LIQUORS" it will cost you MUCH MORE THAN A BAD BOTTLE OF SOUR WINE!

We got a bottle of red wine a Kagor for passover... and was shocked... You can't even call it wine. How even possibe this gabidge been allowed to export to US. Live here for 30 years had a chance to drink a spiritual wine from Italy ??, ?? ... Just avoid
