I was helped by several reps there and all were great but needed to go back due to phone issues the manager Candace was very knowledgeable and professional. And resolved my issues with no problem. I have been a customer of Sprint for 20 years and now with T mobile when sprint was bought out and I have never had such great customer service like now. I will only go to the T-Mobile on Hylan from now on. Thank you”

“I cannot say enough about Maury, who works here. I'm disabled and needed to make sure a MetroPCS store was open on Sunday before I risked going to one and may have been left stranded there without a working phone (my old phone was dying). No one at the four stores I called closest to my house answered, although I made multiple attempts. So I called the store at 130 Sand Lane and Maury picked up immediately. When I arrived there, he helped me immediately and was extremely patient and polite. I recommend him very highly!”

I went to another Boost Store location that was suppose to open at 10AM and the door was still locked at 10:10, so when I arrived at this location at 10:15, I was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The young lady that assisted me was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with this morning. I'm sorry I didn't get your name the commend you personally in this review, but the other young lady assisting customers also appeared to be doing a great job. “There are cheaper plans online; AT&T Prepaid and Cricket. The stores prompt to aim you in the middle. But for AT&T Prepaid you cant beat it, The plan is paid up front Save the taxes and fees, and regulatory. With Post-Paid accounts... adding a smart watch to the plan for 14$ or 19$ is COMPLETELY insane!!! and a price hike that pads their pockets. Just buy a Fitbit or Garmin..... Dont waste your cash. Garmin has GPS, Texts, equivalent tracking features that Apple up-sells. You can text from most models.

Tip: dont buy the cheaper phones just go with Middle to high end Devices the cellular network works best on LTE+/UW/5G. Aim to get something 6gb/8gb of ram and space.”

The representative there, a young lady named Rimsha, helped me the moment I stepped in. She was very professional, polite, and helpful. She understood my issue and fixed it quickly.

There are three AT&T stores within short driving distance of where I live, but this is the one I will be coming back to when it’s time to upgrade my phone.
Highly recommended”

“This 5 star rating is solely dependent on one of the staff, namely Ibrahim. When people come in the store, they greet him like an old friend, and I know why. Ibrahim is genuinely friendly, not the facade most customer service representatives put on to keep their jobs. He is also very thoughtful as I bought a phone for my father with poor vision and he personally changed the font settings until my father was comfortable with the size. He also got us the best deals when we did return and spent half an hour arguing with customer service on our behalf to get me unlimited data for the same price! Rarely do customer service representatives actually serve the customer, but Ibrahim is the exception. If Ibrahim is not there, then Im not going. Simple as that.”

“I had a great experience today taking advantage of an offer to upgrade my Celero. Excellent service from John, no bait and switch, no hard sell and he went out of his way to find the last case in the store that would fit my new phone. He told me it would take 15-20 to transfer all my contact information, apps and e-mail and deleted duplicate listings in my contact list. He took to time to answer a few questions and asked me the test out certain features to make sure I understood before I left the store.”
