They don't care. Bad attitude. Don't bother With this store. Look at other bad reviews. That’s the truth.

I had my battery replaced there Monday, and he scratched my watch, put the back cover on in the wrong position. now the crown is stuck, and I can’t adjust the time. LOL

I went to Micheal for my Tiffany charm that fell off my bracelet and he fixed it for a low cost. Great customer service and truly was dedicated to helping customers. Definitely coming back.

I’ve been to many jewelry stores in my life and none of them compare to Michaels! The owner is a genuine and honest man. His selection is top tier and you get excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Complete theif....says he does rhodium(white gold dipping) on site...he takes your ring and puts it on a high speed polisher and expects you to believe your ring was dipped in rhodium...he even had the nerve to say,that was fast right?...haha what a shame to see people lose business by being scummy...I would never set foot in there again.

I went in today to have a watch repaired. Instant service. All parts in stock. Quality pieces. Very fair price. Much better than any other jewelry store I have been to in the area. Michael's is my new favorite jewelry store!

After searching through various jewlers in Philadelphia, locations in both NJ and NY, a good friend recommended Michael's Jewlery all the way in Staten Island NY. Well I decided to make the 90 min drive because I needed an engagement ring and it just had to be right. Well after meeting Joesph and viewing his selection I was sold. My only issue was that I liked more than one ring. Well after much planning, Joseph designed a custom ring for me that featured the best from the designs I liked. More importantly was the pricing. There is NO way I could have matched the price he gave me with any of the 47 jewlers I had been to before. The results were absolutely outstanding!! I will travel the 90 mins from now on to Michael's jewlers for all of my needs. Lastly a huge thank you to Joesph for his unbelievable patience and moreover his craftsmanship. Joe, you're the best my friend.
