I went in to get gas and the man with the glasses was very disrespectful! He had a attitude for not reason. U should not treat a person with disrespectful because u r having a bad day

This 5 star rating is solely dependent on one of the staff, namely Ibrahim. When people come in the store, they greet him like an old friend, and I know why. Ibrahim is genuinely friendly, not the facade most customer service representatives put on to keep their jobs. He is also very thoughtful as I bought a phone for my father with poor vision and he personally changed the font settings until my father was comfortable with the size. He also got us the best deals when we did return and spent half an hour arguing with customer service on our behalf to get me unlimited data for the same price! Rarely do customer service representatives actually serve the customer, but Ibrahim is the exception. If Ibrahim is not there, then Im not going. Simple as that.

Your sales team is the best at the Castleton Ave store in S.I., N.Y, (between Alaska and Elizabeth St.)They don't make you feel as if they're selling you something you don't need or want. Mr. Ibrahim, is so kind and patient. Ever time I have a problem with my phone or service he resolves or explains what happened. I refer everyone looking for a phone to him. He's an asset to your company. Please let him know that I appreciate his assistance.

They activated my S6 on MetroPCS here. The procedure took about 15-20 minutes and cost $15. The service was courteous and efficient. I would go there again.
