This metro is horrible . I went in today to get info on my insurance coverage since 1 year ago my screen cracked and I paid $100 deductible today I go in to see what my coverage covers & the sales rep said I didn’t have any coverage !!! So where the hell my insurance coverage went from water damages, cracked screens . It’s pathetic. I don’t know what could have happened if the workers accidentally took it off . And it sucks you have to buy a phone each time going in there when it’s a paid off phone doesn’t make sense .

One of the only MetroPCS places in Staten Island. Staff is too slow, despite the Forest Avenue location--they need much better staff to serve the customers.

Joseph, working at the Staten Island mall was an absolute disgrace to work with. He knowingly put an incompatible SIMs card in my father's phone when my Dad went in to purchase a new phone plan. Joseph pretended that the phone worked by calling on the phone using WiFi and not cell service, he overcharged for the SIMs card as well. He should be ashamed and this store should be investigated. The phone number listed for this Metro store is out of order and can't even be reached. Joseph should be ashamed, with every new plan, a free phone should be offered and he failed to mention that to my Father. He also failed to mention a disability discount my Father is legally eligible for. I have never written a bad review in my life but this is too far and I don't want anyone taken advantage of by this dishonorable person. Note that we went to another Metro in Bay Ridge and had excellent service from a lovely Metro worker named Heyleen, she was beyond helpful, we got a new phone plan and also the disability discount. She was informative and supportive and apologetic for the service my father got in staten island even though it was not her fault at all. My dad then went back to the Staten Island location and Joseph cursed him out when my Dad tried to get his money back. It's terrible how they mistreated him, and I don't wish this upon anyone, thats why I am going so in depth in this review. Joseph you owe my dad an apology. You should feel shame.
